Oct 14,2011I phoned up before I ordered to get some information and advice. The person I spoke to went to actually get the item, opened the box, and answered my questions which was very impressive. I then ordered my purchases on-line which all went fine. I got a series of short emails to confirm my order and then to advise me of the stage my order had reached (e.g. picking, dispatched). I also got an email from UKMail confirming that they would be delivering my order. My order arrived less than 24 hours after I placed it, well packaged and complete. This was an excellent customer service experience.

Oct 13,2011Ordered Pond Vac on Saturday, took delivery of it on Tuesday. The item was well packed in bubble wrap. Now that is what I call service. Oh, and I made a saving of £203.00 with all the discount available. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend shopping online with this Company.

Sep 23,2011Ordered an aquarium which arrived pretty much the next day! Very efficient service! Was looking for the cheapest price and they had it at £29.99 - shame it took searching through a few google pages to find them! Annoyingly free delivery was on items over £30 so bought some fish food for a £1 rather than spend £2.95 on delivery, to qualify for their free delivery. I will would recommend them based on delivery time and price.

Sep 23,2011Tried them for the 1st time for a juwel 600 pump. They were the cheapest I could find anywhere and P&P was only £2.95 (free P&P orders over £30). They kept me informed on every step of the order and it turned up next day. Absolutly fantastic service, will reconmend them to all my friends and family! I will be using them again.

( BUT YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH DELIVERY BEING £2.95 ANYWAY) PLUS YOU GET REWARDED WITH POINTS WHEN YOU BUY ITEMS AND THE POINTS GET TURN INTO MONEY OFF ON FUTURE BUYS.

Sep 06,2011Ark Pets is a local company so thought I would use them to order my new Aqua One aquarium. The price was good and the website stated it would be delivered within 5 working days and they would ring to book the delivery in - sounds great. The website stated that the tank was in stock so I ordered my tank and a few other bits totalling just over £440 on 7.00am on Thursday 25th August. I immediately received an email stating that the tank was 'Awaiting Picking'. On Tuesday 30th August I hadn't heard from them to arrange delivery so I called and asked them when I could expect it. The guy on the phone said that the tank should be in this week so expect delivery on Thursday or Friday. This seemed a little strange as the website stated that it was in stock - which was obviously not the case! I said I need a definite date as I work and need to arrange to be in. He said that they would call to arrange delivery. On Friday 2nd September still no sign of the tank or even a phone call to book in delivery. I was forced to call them again, this time a woman answered. I asked when I could expect my tank as it had been a week and still I have no delivery date. She looked and said that 'they have it down to be delivered on Tuesday' but again they would call to arrange delivery. Well it's now 8pm on Monday 5th September and I'm still without my tank and I haven't had a call to book it in, yet they have my money!! I really wish that I drove to a shop and brought a tank home the same day. Overall their website is misleading as items clearly are NOT in stock, and their delivery claim/customer service is appalling. I will not spend another penny with this company and I would advise anyone not to order a tank from them.

Aug 12,2011I ordered some items that the website stated were in stock, they weren't. Two weeks later they still didn't have any in stock despite telling me they'd arrive in days. I cancelled the order and now two weeks later I still haven't got my money back. Cowboys.

Jul 07,2011I used Arkpetsonline a couple of years ago and then moved elsewhere. I have just returned and am delighted that i did so. A faulty item arrived so I called the company - no quibble and a replacement arrived within 24-hours. What with the competitive prices, free delivery at a lower purchase level than competitors and efficient customer service, I doubt that my buying experience could have been bettered. Credit where credit's due!

Oct 27,2011Ordered sunday and arrived on Wednesday....had a phone call on Tuesday and was told the driver would call to arrange a time. No phone call, fortunately someone was in...not the cheapest around but the free delivery for large objects like vivarium is excellent.
