The delivery man called me when he was an hour away from me. 1st class service and i would recommend them to all. I would definitely buy from them again.Thank you.

On tuesday morning i tracked the parcel and was given an hour slot when it would be delivered 13.26 to 14.26 at 13.26 exactly a white van arrived with my parcel. Why cant all companies be like this 10/10 Alex

Mar 09,2011I placed my order online around lunchtime on Tuesday and received my delivery at lunchtime on Wednesday. Email communications were very good, telling me when the order was picked and giving me a one hour slot for delivery, which arrived right at the start of the slot. I am very satisfied with the service and will doubtless use your company again.

Mar 09,2011I am regular customer to the Maidstone & Canterbury stores I usually make my purchases in the store but I required a next day delivery on a external filter & media. The parcels where delivered at 11am the next excellent transaction. I live approx. 30 mins from each store but I still choose Arks over my LFS for competitive prices & advice

Mar 02,2011Ordered external filter which showed was in stock on Monday for next day delivery. Item did not turn up so e mailed them asking when item will be delivered. No response so rang them and was advised they did not have one in stock and it would be another 7 days or I could pay more for larger filter. Cancelled my order and would not recommend them due to incorrect information on web site and attitude of person I spoke to.
