Have four canceled flights: Numerous advisors have disappeared, no return of many emails/calls. Outright lies told. Problem with ref number: difficult for advisors to find my case. Difficult times, yes however ASAP Tickets' business practice is negligent. I'll never use this company again.

I bought a return from ASAP in London 16 march to 21st April and alsoITN flight protection which covers refund if flight is cancelled. I had no contact from them via email or text when 21st may my virgin flight was cancelled fro Boston to London. I phoned them- they do not answer the phone now I may have been blocked. They said they would call me back and promised to get me a return flight. They didn't,t call back and I was stuck and confused. I need to get back to uk and they will not give me a return . I have emailed them many times and they just say to contact my ASAP agent. Sometimes my agent is on holiday, or at home on his mobile and I can hear the children in the background. ok it is a virus and I appreciate we work from home but he is not find ing me a flight and he says he needs to talk to his supervisor. I also contact the London office but unless it is because it is a weekend no calls from my Skype are being answered. They were before but I maybe blocked by them now . I just like my return as there are still flights to London form Boston and it is in their policy to get me home. Also at the very beginning the agent didn't,t even mention about getting an esta visa which I had to apply for at the airport at 5.30 a.m I arrived at 3.30 a.m . I also sent the agent an email asking about visa ..he spoke very fast on the phone and his op up was for a tip which stressed me as I could not see some of the applications on the page concerning my passport information (poss the visa info also as I remember seeing something to the left of the passport which I wanted to go back to to check on but the form completed itself and wasn't,t checked by the agent .

ASAP Tickets have been a total nightmare! They will not return my calls, put me on hold until there service disconnect, refuse to answer my emails. All I want to do is reschedule my flight with Norwegian Air. It has to be done with them (ASAP). They were quick to take my money but no customer service since then. My "agent" will not answer my call or return my messages. I just want to rebook my flight and it has been a month of ASAP putting their head in the sand.
Over a month after expected travel and the promise of a refund under payment protection and we still have not received money back for terminally ill cancer patient. Claims were made before current global crisis and delays are unnecessary. Refund has been accepted but no one seems to be actioning, its an utter disgrace and further anguish for the family to try and resolve under very difficult circumstances. This company should be investigated for the way in which is treats customers, holds money, avoids liability and payment protection selling tactics.

I was a little concerned because I haven't heard of this company before, but I needent gave worried, the travel rep who was hazel gave all the details of my flight, and kept me well informed. Good, honest down to earth service where they searched diligently for what I wanted for a price I was prepared to pay, to include luggage. All good.
Easy to use and offer alternatives for flights and timings etc. They do not always offer the cheapest flights first but with a bit of prompting will get a good deal.
The support offered was polite, helpful and patient! Agreeing the flight was straightforward...with a good price. We had some hiccup with authorising payment but that was down to my ignorance of current practice, eventually resolved!
