Having the exact same issue as Jill (below). ASAP will not refund our airline flights in full for flights that were cancelled due to COVID19. Firstly told us they had to take off £150 PER PERSON in fees from the refund (yet they cant tell us what they are for), when we all know the airline will have refunded them in full. I paid £247.45 for "ticket protection" that apparently covered us for 100% of fare in case of flight cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or airline bankruptcy. That is apparently worthless?! Trying to get through to someone to get the refund in the first place was an absolutely nightmare. Honestly, I will honestly never book a flight through this company again. Always always always book direct. The other airlines I had booked direct with have all already refunded me in full. Disgusting behaviour and I would advise to avoid at all costs.
Will not give a full refund for flights that were cancelled due to government restrictions and literally not being able to fly to the US, despite being asked on numerous occasions. Would not let us speak to a Manager. Advised partial refund was due to 'airport fees' yet they couldn't provide a breakdown of what these were. Also, why would there be fees if we were not flying!! Still haven't received a full refund and the trip was in September 2020. Took weeks to get any sort of contact - both via email and telephone. Tone of emails received was shocking considering this is meant to be a professional company!!

I booked flights to the US in Dec 2019 for May 2020. The flights were cancelled (local lockdowns and from the authorities, NOT me). I decided not to rebook due to the pandemic, requesting a refund that customers are entitled to when flights are cancelled beyond their control and am STILL waiting for a refund. Their representatives lie, threaten and then ignore you when you try and reclaim your money for a service you did not receive. Absolutely avoid them. EDITED: I am not prepared to give ASAP more information through Trustpilot, as I am now dealing directly with their parent company, ITN. I have also provided Trustpilot with proof I am a genuine customer of ASAP and this review was of my own experience after ASAP told Trustpilot I am not a genuine customer, so don't feel I need to reply to ASAP's demands for further info through here when they ignored me for months and only now want to contact me due to a negative review. The sales agent has already emailed me to criticise me for this negative review too.

Haven't received my refund even after waiting for 7 and a half months I booked British Airlines round trip ticket in the month of March. But due to the pandemic, I couldn't have flown so I applied for a refund. However, only for applying for the same I had to chase agents- Dudely, Aadhira (the manager, supposedly) , Sagar, Martin. These were the agents who assisted me on every step of booking my tickets and convincing me to pay for ticket protection. But, in the time of need nobody replied to my mails and calls. I literally waited in line for 2 hours to speak to some customer care agent about the same, but it was mere waste of time indeed as I didn't get to speak to anybody. After eventually applying for refund application, I was told my money will be refunded within 2 months (10+/- days according to respective bank), however, its been 7 and a half months now and I haven't received any refund, which reminds me of how fast they were to take the payment when I had to book my tickets. I understand, that this Covid situation got the worst off the travel agencies, but it was hard on us (customers) too. Being a student, COVID situation was heavy on my finances and I really require the money, but ASAP tickets failed to understand and now I am in whole rage to escalate this matter if I don't get any responses thereafter. If no star was an option I would have done so, because I am so so so disappointed. PLEASE NOTE- I have a written email from the agent stating they will issue refund. I still await for somebody to contact me From ASAP.UK as I have provided every information about my ticket to Trustpilot.com.. Update- I received a mail from ASAP.UK that my agent will contact me and it has been almost a month and nobody has contacted me or has replied to my mail.this keeps getting worse.if nothing now, I am going to escalate this issue. I NEED MY REFUND!

Our flights from the UK to the USA in May were cancelled due to Covid lockdowns. Despite repeated requests for updates we have had none. We are still waiting for our refunds 5 months later despite the airlines having re-imbursed this firm. Avoid like the plague - literally.

Do NOT trust this company. They are the biggest dissapointment. My flight got cancelled and the airline refunded the money. The problem is they refunded the money to ASAPTickets’ account in APRIL. It has been 5 months and no one replies my calls/emails and I don’t think I will ever get my money from the company. Total scam! After this comment, the company reached out saying that they CANNOT refund the ticket since it was non-refundable. The funny thing is, the airline had already refunded my ticket money back to ASAPTicket bank account and I was confirmed through an email. The fact that they hold on to my money, and tell me that I cannot get it back after 5 months of stalling is nothing but a money-centric and a greedy culture that the company base its values on. Do not trust your money with this company, as they will never care at the end....

THEY GET RID OF ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND HIRE PEOPLE TO WRITE THEM ONE TIME STELLAR REVIEWS. Pirates of the Caribbean has nothing on this company, ASAP Ticket shows us how piracy is done in the 21st century. August 31, 2020 My family and I have used ASAP TICKETS which is part of International Travel Network, LLC for years. We usually spend thousands of dollars a year with them, so we've been loyal customers. This year back in January and February we booked over $6000 dollars worth of flight tickets with them for two trips 1) Trip to Italy ( 2 sets of tickets) and 2) Trip to Germany and Croatia ( 3 sets of tickets). Since Americans are banned from visiting the EU due to COVID, the airplane companies cancelled our flights. We spoke with both AirItalia and Lufthansa who looked up our tickets, and the airlines told us they issued full refunds back to this company. We've been emailing, calling etc. many many times since April to this company for refunds. Thus far, we've only received back 1700 dollars ( a portion of the Italy tickets). For the Italy tickets they asked us to pay $100 per person for processing fees, and we paid that. I am still missing $200 in refund for the palermo to rome segment flights. Also, after paying for the Italy tickets we had to follow up for 4 months until we got a portion of it back 2 weeks ago ( $1700). For the Munich flights, they want an additional 250 per person for processing fees. They told us they will not issue any refunds unless we do. LUFTHANSA told us specifically that they are not charging anything for refunds. ASAP Tickets ( International Travel Agency) essentially told us they were going to hold that money hostage unless we paid ( I spoke with agents and supervisors). Essentially my family is going to have to pay over $1000 dollars to get back refunds for tickets that the airlines issued full refunds for. Also, at this point, I don't trust them to give us any money back because when we paid for the Italy ticket refund ages ago ( $100 per person), we still didn't get all the money back yet. ( and this is August 31, four months after the fact). Furthermore, they initially charged $100 per person for processing the refund, and I see on BBB complaints of other people being charged anywhere from 75-150 dollars for processing, and now they are demanding 250 per person. This is taking advantage of customers, knowing that you paid months ago and can't get a recourse from credit card companies, knowing they have thousands of your dollars during a pandemic when everyone is short on funds and forcing customers to pay or they are holding your money hostage. THIS IS ECONOMIC DURESS. IF YOU WANT TO SPEND COUNTLESS HOURS TRYING TO GET FUND THAT AIRLINES ALREADY REFUNDED THEM FOR, IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED, TO HAVE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO HAVE AN AGENCY THAT SIMPLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HAVING YOUR BUSINESS NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU'VE BOOKED WITH THEM BEFORE, BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY , I GUARANTEE YOU'LL EXPERIENCE ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST . Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, I too have filed a complaint with the BBB. I too, will file with the attorney general of CA, the FTC, the department of transportation, and will ultimately go to small claims court as well. If anyone else is interested, we can pool together and file a class action lawsuit.

Jul 21,2021These are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS of life! Please save yourself the trouble and do not purchase any tickets from them! I bought a ticket from them 2 years ago when the Pandemic was just starting and before them unknowingly making changes to my ticket, they canceled and gave me a « credit » I recently received an email from the actual airline saying I was eligible to get a FULL refund but since I purchased the ticket through them (A third party) I had to call them. I did to start the refund process. My agent name was GLEN. He initially seemed helpful and walked me through the refund process. He told me that there were « refund fees » I would have to pay. My original ticket was $420 and he told me that from that amount they would take $120, I was upset of course because an actual airline company would refund you the full amount but I agreed to the $300 refund. 2 weeks later I received just $120? I immediately called GLEN back and for a month he has been unresponsive. For a month different agents have told me they would email or call me back about the issue and NOTHING. Finally today I speak with an agent Copper who told me that I only received $120 because they took $100 for refund fees and $200 for an airline « penalty fee » this is unheard of because the airline told me I was eligible for a FULL refund and that they technically own the ticket. They have nothing to do with my money. They basically scammed me. This seems like a company straight from India where they scam people. I’m sure all the positive reviews come generated by them. Please save yourselves the headache and don’t think you are getting a « deal » from them because trust me, you are not. They will scam you of your money and then disappear. I hope they get shut down!!! I will take this issue to my bank and high up so that this never happens to anyone again.
