Feb 09,2019Cost of flights which are 7 months away was £920 BT travel a company used for clearing payments for which we were charged 2% (£18.40) fee without being asked or advised by Asap. Our travel advisor said would get removed but they tried to take payments twice after discussing again including fee. I cancelled flights because Halifax stopped payment as it looked suspect, so was able to stop and have the £18.40 removed. The flight deal and price was good couldn't get match elsewhere inc. seats meals n baggage. All I would say is this is an American company this office is in Latvia despite UK 0203 number and 0800 free number , so remember they will charge without saying fees for credit card, which is not ASAP Tickets themselves but the money clearing agent that charges your account. Spent a lot of time on phone to get this settled and wasn't the best of experiences hence 2 stars.A form is sent to you by email to input your card detail which is then passed to agent to debit, so you have no control over what they may charge,

Feb 02,2019Pleased with my final fare. There were one or two hiccups but we sorted them out. The first suggestion had a seven-hour transit wait, which was brought down to an acceptable three. I was very surprised to be asked to tip my adviser. I was surprised to be asked for a screenshot of the online banking transaction (declined, and the payment was still confirmed inside an hour). Apart from this, the final fare and arrangements are fine with me, assuming that my private travel insurance gets round ASAP's "use it or lose it" terms!

Feb 01,2019Just stumbled upon ASAP, soooo happy I did. Just saved over £300 per person on flights from London to Houston. Our price includes checked baggage and the nearest price £300 more per person didn’t include checked bags which were quoted at £350 for 3! That is a whopping £1,250 SAVED! Agents were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. We will DEFINITELY be using this company for all our future flight bookings and recommending to everyone!

Feb 26,2019Very impressed with my first booking and a great price, I was a bit sceptical at first but Amber the travel agent was so helpful reassuring me and got me the flights that suited my timetable and dates, she was very professional and not at all pushy. It was so easy to make the payment and I had my E-tickets from American Airlines the next day. You can also check your trip on line. Highly recommend the agent Amber Sanders and I will be booking through ASAP again.
