Aug 30,2022Worst company ever. I am still chasing a refund promised three months ago. Same story as others in here. I was kicked around from person to person. Some will make you hold for a while before hanging up on you. Others simply hung up on you straight away. They stopped answering phones altogether now. They were not responding to emails either. When trying to book with them, the service was exceptional. Once I bought the ticket, it was a different story. The service went upside down. I was offered a credit for a flight cancelled through COVID. While trying to rebook, tickets offered by ASAP were expensive. Cheaper tickets were available directly from Airlines. Tickets couldn't be booked either as agents had difficulty redeeming the credit. After spending over a month calling every day, they eventually offered a cash refund. I went ahead and booked tickets directly from the airline on my credit card. I ended up paying interest on it for the past three months. They still owe me around £2000. I've exhausted all my options and hit a brick wall now. Avoid by all means

May 09,2022Asap was very helpful when you are trying to book with them but once you purchase a ticket and make a change eventhough you have ,a ticket protection plan ,they still going to tell you that you have to pay the ticket difference ,penalty,etc .the customer service was very rude too.when you called them they are going to ask your confirmation and tell you to hold for a couple of mins then hang you up.some is just simply hang up the phone.please do yourself a favor ,never ever buy on this company.its a lesson learned for me

May 01,2022ASAP Tickets is one of the MOST FRAUDULENT Companies that anyone could do business with. 2 years of calling everyday, and only got my refund when Attorney General stepped in. Mind you, ASAP had been fully refunded by United Airlines 3 months after I purchased and paid for my tickets. Their Customer Service is non-existent, kick you from person to person and eventually block your phone number. They do NOT REFUND until an Attorney General gets involved and forces the refund. ASAP Ticketing is an Outright FRAUD and CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. DO NOT USE ASAP TICKETS. Proof of my Story is happily shared with copy of correspondences and phone recordings.

Feb 09,2022They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with. It is over two years trying to claim a refund for a flight cancelled through COVID. I stupidly booked another flight this March to Denver USA, through ASAP, which had a flight cancelled from Teesside Airport to Amsterdam. Despite my daughter phoning ASAP numerous times, she eventually sorted it out directly with Delta Airlines who were very helpful. I would like to award ASAPTICKETS NO STARS.
