Any order placed has been received and then I really timely manner and well packaged. The website itself is easy to use and that in itself count for a lot as well. I recommend this company

Jun 26,2024If I could give no stars, I would. Product ordered in Feb, received in June, only after getting in touch with Trading Standards and Watchdog. No communication at all. Incompetent and cavalie....I will not use this cowboy outfit again.

Jun 26,2024My order was delayed for more than a month without any explanation. I only got feedback after sending an e-myself asking about my order. When I tried to cancel my order there was response or action at all. Finally, my order arrived a month later even if was trying to cancel it.

Jun 26,2024Never sent the order and wouldn’t respond to my frequent emulsion or online chats. Eventually after 2 months they send the item without so much as an apology. I don’t need it now as I had to purchase elsewhere when they didn’t supply it and no chance of a refund. Avoid this company like the plague
