Had I been able to review without adding star I would have done This company is not to be trusted. My order has still not arrived after one month. To contact them a contact form is available which does not get answered, six attempts to try, they do not take phone calls and there email quoted fails to deliver. DO NOT USE THEM. After all my attempts right after submitting this review the company emailed apologising and offering fefund!!!!!!!! The power of trust pilot??
If only I'd have read these reviews before purchasing from this dire company. I Submitted an online order on 8th March 24 was supposed to be 5-day delivery it's still processing on the 25th March 24. I wrote an email and received a copy of my email from Zendesk with no information regarding my request for a refund. I have sent another email and still awaiting a response. Customer service is a joke and I suspect I won't receive my money back anytime soon. Avoid at all cost!!! Please note since this was published I have subsequently received an apology and a refund from the company hopefully an indication they may have learned from this experience.
SCAM- Don’t use this company. Ordered medication in early February, it should of been received 2/3 days later, waited till the following week but still not arrived, it has now been 6 weeks and nothing . Their phone line does not accept calls and live chat does not work so only option is their form which they took another 7 days to auto respond to. An automated response saying there were delays due to a new robotic system ( various excuses have been given to other customers) I politely requested a refund and have contacted them many times since but have heard nothing, now having to request my bank look into it. A simple search online reveals the extent of the scamming and various reasons for medication not being dispatched, avoid at all cost!
Absolutely awful. Haven’t sent my item a week after I ordered it. Been trying to contact them but obviously they haven’t got back to me. Disgusting
My order placed on 7 Feb 2024. The email dated 19 Feb 2024 said that they have encountered unforeseen technical issues and causing delays. On 8 Mar 2024, I requested a refund but there is no reply from the company.
I would like to have rated zero as doesn’t deserve any stars at all. Ordered well over a month ago, nothing received. Contact them by email and chat and just get same automated response saying something about a technical error. Don’t expect to ever receive my order or get my money back. Please don’t anyone else make my mistake and order anything from them
Scam. Order not received after over a month, no refund so far
Ordered Probiotics which i needed due to an IBD flareup. Bought online on the 16th of Feb 24. As order still said "Processing" after 10 days and nothing received, I emailed AYP the 24th of Feb via their Zendesk & direct on the 27th of Feb, still no reply. Complained again through their Zendesk on the 3rd of Mar, finally got a reply, saying there was a delay, apologised, offered refund but confident the order will dispatched in a few days. Gave them a chance, after another week couldn't wait anymore and ordered the same Product from Revital, came through in days and was the same price. Emailed them on the 14th of March asking for a refund. No reply. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with, given they are a Pharmacy this service is surely a risk to patient safety, if you are led to believe something will be sent and no communication is provided to explain the delay unless the customer chases?. AYP if you cant fulfil orders do not accept them!! Its not a lot of money but this and other cases on here needs to be addressed by the GPHC regulators and trade in standards. No businesses are perfect and occasionally fail, that's understandable and acceptable, however this is service is a form of deception and (ie not having stock to fulfil orders, not showing this on the site when ordering and instead implying a 2 day shipping) and then not communicating with customers within reasonable timescales. PLEASE REVIEW this before placing orders.
I ordered a (non prescription) product on Feb 5th, listed for 2-5 days delivery. My credit card was charged immediately. Today is March 25th, the order is still listed as "Processing" (i.e. nothing has happened). I've tried to call and had no answer. I have queried the status multiple times through the Contact Us page. Nothing. The product is still shown online as In Stock. The good reviews frequently to refer to tablets and I would guess are prescription, where they are regulated. I wouldn't touch them for anything else.
It has been one month after my order in Feb. Nothing delivered. They promised to deliver in another week, but nothing delivered. no refund, no reply and no product.
I ordered an item on 2-3-2025... After 7 days I asked where item was. I was told it will be delivered within 3 working days...still nothing. I have contacted AYP more than 7 times but have not recieved the item or a refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered medication from AYP on 21/2/2024 before having read the reviews. This was a big mistake. I waited 2 to 3 weeks and nothing arrived I have e mailed several times and only received lengthy and poor excuses, I have now cancelled my order and have requested a refund , still waiting???? I will not be using this company again, neither should anyone else.
This company is a scam they don't deserve 1 star been waiting for my items since 9th March and still haven't received anything so I have asked for my money back but had no response from them what so ever I wish I looked at the reviews before I bought from this site there's no number for you to contact them so basically this site is a scam and just using this Website to get people's money please avoid
I ordered some cream from this company on 20th February, did not receive it , they just made excuses as to why it hadn't been sent, so requesred a refund but have not received it yet, wish I had read reviews first before ordering.
I ordered 6 items from AYP Heathcare on the 24th of February, their website states 2 to 5 delivery time. Now after a whole month I'm still waiting. I wrote to the company several times and received a polite reply with the usual excuses. I sent an email requesting either my goods or my money refunded, but now I'm being ignored. Its extremely disappointing, however I've given up hence this review.
2 months before it was delivered very disappointed will not use again

Mar 26,2024Update.13 April 2024. Money was taken out of my account but the order wasnt sent. I contacted my Bank app and put in a request for a refund. Which I have now received. Also had a letter in my app saying about scam companies (barclays bank app). I tried to do a order today. I order flarin, you know the over the counter pills you can buy from any chemist. I had to fill in a questionaire and stated they are for arthritis. Flarin got cancelled because the pharmacist they wasnt for arthritis. (first lie) I also had to fill in a questionaire about allergy pills. Which I also can get over the counter. (my fault for being lazy and not heading down the chemist). I am now trying to cancel entire but they dont have a cancel order on their website. I forgotten how much I hate this website.
