Ordered medication which took weeks to arrive and was no longer required at that point. I have had no communication from the company despite many request to refund me. Do not use
Worse service ever. 2 months waiting for delivery. I did send 5 emails requesting a refund. They ignored me. I wont buy from them again.
The order took weeks to come and no communication updates despite numerous emails. I received one response indicating a backlog in supply chain eventually and assurances item would be with me within a week which never materialised. If you want something within a timescale or any type of customer service, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

Waited from 5th April until well into June for the items I had no update or indication of delivery times, just a load of standard emails. Service and communication was appalling
Order came months after I ordered it even though it was advertised as 3-5 working day delivery. Found it took an unreasonable time for the company to reply to my emails, refund I was promised for a product I have still not reviewed even though an employee asked for my bank details to process said refund citing “issues with the system” this made me wonder if I was being scammed - given how long the product took to arrive im surprised it arrived at all.

Appalling company. Item out of stock for over 2 months after ordered. Try and cancel and ask for full refund. Nothing, cease corresponding. Ask 4 times for order to be cancelled and refund made. Nothing. Then out of the blue get an e mail saying order sent, when I have asked 5 times for cancellation and full refund because I’m fed up waiting and have bought elsewhere! Absolute pile of crap, avoid at all costs! In April it was a new robotic storage system that was at fault and then a backlog of orders, total radio silence through May despite me sending them 5 emails, and in June my refund was delayed( I’d been asking for it for the past month) due to a fault in their payment system! Shocking company!
I asked for a refund before the anti malarials were sent because there was a delay and I would not receive before our trip to Africa. All ignored. Product sent 3 weeks after my return. Still requesting a refund. Terrible terrible service. Will be taking further b

I would have given zero stars if I could! I tried to file the below complaint after appalling service and still no products but funnily enough I STILL haven’t heard back from them. Filed on 18/06/2024. “ Order no. AYP61940. I would like to file a complaint. I placed this order 07/05/2024. The order was delayed but I received no communication of this until I chased multiple times on 14/05/2024. I was told it would be another week and agreed to wait. I chased again on 23/05/2024 to be told it was still delayed and would I like to proceed or have a refund. I requested an immediate refund as I had to source the products elsewhere. The service is honestly appalling from a company that is supplying medical products. People do not order these products in anticipation of needing them in a months time, they need them within the promised time period! Regardless, I have had no such refund and no further communication. Therefore, I would like to log a formal complaint and would appreciate the FULL refund to be processed including my the postage fee please. Please confirm that this has been done” I have not received the refund I requested and no further communication. Utterly disappointing service.

When I placed an order the money was taken from my account but I did not receive the product for 3 months. I contacted AYP to ask for a refund several times but most of my messages were not answered. In view of these lengthy delays, I suggest that you should either not take the money till the product is in stock, or offer a refund - and improve your customer service!
Don’t use this company their service is very poor and they are difficult to contact.

Jul 02,2024I made an online order and estimated delivery was within 10 days however i didnt receive my order and enquired about delivery. I have been informed that there is backlog and soon i will receive delivery. It took them 2 months and 15 days to deliver my order. I asked them to refund which has not been entertained. Dont waste money and time by ordering from AYP
