May 11,2024I'm still waiting for my order after 2 months. I have asked by E-Mail 5 times and they have failed to respond to any. I will now speak to the bank to see if I can get my money back. If you are poorly and need any medication, please do not rely on this company, you will not feel any better dealing with them. They have no customer service, if fact I very much doubt they are still operating with the lack of communication. My order number was #AYP57676, just in case they may say they have no order, I can assure you they have my money.

May 10,2024The service from AYP was appalling. After not receiving my order an email was received saying that it would be processed. It wasnt. It was only after threatening with trading standards that I finally received my order. I do not recommend this company.

No available staff for live chat and no telephone availability. Missed deadlines and lots of excuses. Finally received the items but long after they were needed.
