They were apparently changing over system which meant that they had a 2week delay on dispatch, but we weren’t notified of that until we chased what should’ve been less than a week to receiving took several weeks to receive. Medication were tiny for the price paid overall disappointing

May 02,2024My solphadines I sent for took 2wks to arrive, communication with ph doesn't exist. Emails not good either. When product did arrive both boxes were squashed and all tablets squashed. Royal mail not good either. Would not use this company again.

May 02,2024Don’t use AYP Healthcare online. I ordered nearly £30.00 worth of eyedrops in mid-March and after several complaints, only one of which was responded to with an excuse about IT issues, I still haven’t received the refund I requested. Scam or incompetence. Avoid. See google reviews where this has happened to many others.
