May 02,2024I gave a bad review 2 years ago and have completely forgotten how bad AYP was. This time I will remember not to shop with them ever again. I placed my order on 12/04/2024. Goods arrived on 19/04. I noticed one of the product had expired in 02/2024. I reached out to AYP customer service. Then I received an email saying a ticket was raised. I followed up with them 4 times and still no one responded. I gave up and filed a dispute with my bank. If you plan to shop with them, make sure you check the expiry dates, cos clearly they are poorly with product/quality control as well as customer service.

Chased again, told the malfunction was now fixed and the order would be processed within a week. More weeks went by, asked for a refund. No response. It's now been 3 months since I paid for my order and I haven't received the order or a refund.
