Sep 08,2022Excellent service from Backtobasis recently when they came to lay a concrete base for our cabin. They had come recommended to us from the cabin company, so bit nervous as not a recommendation from anyone we knew, but they did an excellent job. Really nice team of guys, really respectful, super tidy and completed a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend. Excellent communication.

Aug 26,2022Friendly gang arrived on time to dismantle my old shed. In four hours forty five minutes they had got it down and disposed of and had completed a solid 5x7 ft solid concrete base, cleaned up and gone. Great job and I was completely satisfied. Would recommend this company.

Aug 05,2022I have had this company 3 times. My patio was extended and new flag stones laid and what a lovely job was done of it. The workmanship is excellent and as for the men working on it I couldn’t fault them. If anyone is looking for first class company and workers I definitely would recommend them.

Oct 06,2022Absolutely fantastic experience. 1. Customer service is excellent. Darren was polite, jovial, concise, gave very clear itemised information. We had to postpone the work due to the weather but his crew who don't usually work on Sundays were happy to come in on their day off to get the job done. 2. The gentlemen who did the job were: - Punctual - Professional - Perfectionist; they even put an extra finishing touch of some slate stones which I wasn't expecting and was such a nice touch. - Extremely neat and tidy. Considering I had concrete piped through the house there was not a trace that they had been there. I even saw a small stone fall out of one of their shoes as he was putting it on and he bent down to pick it up and discard it. When I say there was not a trace of them having been there it's no exaggeration. - Very quick. They took down the old shed in 5 minutes and worked right through. - Flexible: We decided to move the existing shed base and at no extra cost they went back to get some extra tools to break up the existing base to achieve the desired outcome. 3. Value for money was excellent. I went with recommendation and got a few quotes. The same price for the concrete base they did for me, another company was quoting for just a timber base. So I was extremely pleased with what they charged. The result just looks outstanding and it was a joy to deal with this company from start to finish.
