Nov 03,2022I was only told about back to base the day before my new shed was delivered, they came the next day on time and was 1st class from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for them. If you need a shed removed they should be your first call.

Oct 31,2022BtB installed a shed base in our garden. It looks good! It was hard work as they needed to carry buckets of concrete in and out of the house but they managed to keep our house clean despite that. The price was much higher than expected but almost the same price as another quote for a base without the damp proof membrane, so we realised concrete bases aren’t cheap! The guys worked hard, and they were polite and seemed careful, but one of them did accidentally crack a socket by stepping on a cable. To their credit they did their utmost to immediately repair the damage to my satisfaction, eventually installing a new socket without any visible damage left. One of them has electrician training so I could trust them to do it. Prompt and clear communication from beginning (quote) to end as well. I recommend.

Workmen arrived on time, were polite, courteous, knew exactly what they were doing, erected the cabin expeditiously, cleared all rubbish, left the garden neat and tidy and were highly professional in all respects. I would have no hesitation in recommending Back to Bases.

Oct 17,2022I had arranged for a base to be put down for my new shed but was let down at the last minute. Darren was then recommended to me and he moved quickly rearranging some work to make sure the base was down in time. He was extremely helpful, easy to deal with and personally kept in contact with me from start to finish. His team arrived on time, got on with the job and put down the base just as required. Everything was then cleared away. This was a first class job and I highly recommend Darren and his team.

The customer service was exceptional, with clear dates communicated, they effortlessly worked around the install schedule. The team on site were outstanding, they were technically knowledgeable and lovely to have around. They encountered some challenges and worked tirelessly to resolve them with nothing too much trouble for them. They were meticulous about ensuring they cleaned down every night and when they left you would never have known they had been there. A company with exceptionally high standards of work, employees and service, couldn't recommend them more highly.

The guys were great very polite, helpful and tidied up moving my pots etc to where I wanted them, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them, excellent service and value for money.
