Mar 25,2023Fantastic service and a high quality shed base from Tony and his team. I exchanged messages with Tony by Watsapp and his very competitive quote arrived promptly. Tony helpfully gave a date of installation during this initial exchange (with the obvious caveats re weather). Tony kept in touch and arranged delivery of materials the day prior to installation. As promised, the team arrived before 9am. Lead by the polite and professional Joe, with two equally helpful colleagues, we discussed what would happen and how. The 3 lads got on with the job. Tidy, efficient and thorough. All the rubbish/soil etc... was removed and any dirty areas hosed down and swept clean. And that was it, off they went. Brilliant. Really happy to recommend Back To Bases, a pleasure to have around the house.

Mar 23,2023Professional job completed with polite tradesmen. I had a 3x6 meter patio laid by Back To Bases, and this is the 3rd time I’ve used them. Once for fencing and the other for clearance. Tony and the team communicate well and they don’t cut corners on the work they complete.

It is a very personal service. The team turned up on time to install our log cabin base, were courteous, and the quality of the work exceeded expectations. Feb 28,2023Tony from back to bases was our point of contact and he was very professional, collaborative and helpful in helping us put down a concrete base for a garden office as well as replacing our shed. Tony came to see us first then was on hand to discuss options and agree the best solution for us. The rest of the team worked very hard, were polite and completed the job well and efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend back to bases.

Feb 26,2023Great service from start to finish. Darren was very helpful on an initial enquiry call and continued with excellent communication throughout. The guys that turned up on the day were ready to go bang on time, polite, friendly and worked very hard. Job was to create a large concrete base for a garden office, they had to walk 5 tons of concrete mix through the house due to no side access. Floors were protected and they got it all done in a day. Tidied up well and even helped me getting some other bits of garden waste into the skip on their way out. High quality work which met some of my additional specific requirements. No nonsense or hidden costs. Would definitely recommend Back to Bases based on my experience.

The team arrived as agreed on date of installation and were polite and friendly. Work completed was completed with minimal fuss, despite the weather, and very happy with end product. Dec 23,2022Back to Basics made a new shed base, dismantled our old shed and installed a drainage channel along our patio. They did all the work in one day and fitted us in before Christmas. The work was done extremely well and they left having cleaned up completely. Very happy and we will use the company again.
