May 10,2022Tony and the crew refurbished a neglected outbuilding, stripping it back and completely and refitting with new damp proofing, flooring and walls. They knew their stuff and we are very happy with the end result. The team were polite and friendly. They started quickly after agreeing the work and were always prompt and reliable. They cleaned up after themselves as much as possible and kept us informed of what was happening each day and how long each stage might take. They had a great work ethic and even ploughed on during Storm Eunice! Problems cropped up that added to costs, as expected with any significant project, but again we were kept updated and able to make fully informed decisions about the way forward. Post completion, there were some issues with the floor finish and the team came back twice at no extra charge to sort it out and ensure we were satisfied. Overall, we were very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use Back to Bases again and recommend to others.

May 07,2022Great job by the lads from back to bases, needed an existing base made good and levelled. Tight spot at the end of our narrowing garden made the job tricky but excellent finish. Would highly recommend.

Apr 29,2022I was recommended Back to Bases after struggling to install a rapid grid base for my log cabin. Tony was very patient and helpful, he talked through the process and was able to fit me in quickly following a cancellation. On the day, three workers arrived. They consulted with me on the positioning and measurements then filled the base with concrete and left minimal mess. Following the installation I contacted Tony as I had some questions and he talked me through the drying process. Overall, I am very happy with the service and price I paid!

Apr 27,2022Excellent service from this company, Tony in the office sorted out the booking. The team turned up on time and completed the job exactly to my requirements, nothing seemed to too much trouble. Once completed all rubbish was taken away and then cleaned up, I was then asked to check the job before they left, you wouldn’t have known they had been. A nice touch was when Tony called the following day to make sure I was happy with the work before he sent me the invoice.

Apr 17,2022From start to finish Tony and his team have been brilliant. There was a lot of work involved in clearing the garden before a new shed could be installed. For four days the guys worked non stop and I am more than pleased how it’s turned out. I would recommend Back to Bases to anyone thinking of having any garden renovation work done.

May 10,2022From the initial quote to completion we had regular updates from Darren, the work was finished on time and the garden left incredibly tidy. The shed base was just as we asked and Joe and his mate worked very hard all day and exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend Back to Basics
