Spent over £30,000 on a new Bailey Cabrera, not a happy camper. Check her over whilst in winter storage, large area of damp on front offside wall, great and only 6 months old. Cupboard hinge screws fallen out, stable door not working correctly. Choose the type due to great reviews, now not so. Going back to dealer shortly but not sure on repair time. Hopefully this year, we will wait and see.

We had some water ingress in our Bailey caravan. We contacted Bailey re this as our caravan still had over 1 year of 10 year warranty left Whilst the warranty for current purchases is only 6 years, & you have to purchase 4 years extra they honoured without question that we were covered for 10 years even though our dealership is no longer in business. We purchased 1 year prior to the new terms.During repair some further ingress was found but still they authorised this additional work under warranty.Thank you Bailey for being fair and honourable without question Five star service !

We have a bailey Advanced 70-6 This must be the worst built motorhome ever with the aftersales and customer services to match. The trims fall off covers missing poor quality workmanship and customer care is non-existent. Its a 20019 model and given that for 2 years it sat on a drive due to covid it had very little use the locking barrel on the habitation door failed. One would expect it to last more than the warranty period but it didn't. We were then forced to contact prima parts who sent out the wrong looking suite as they cant supply just the barrel due to security reasons. well you don't need a key as a screwdriver would be more than sufficient. They then also chare over £140 for the handle and lock for a barrel that i have managed to source from A and l Leisure for £17. I would strongly not advise anyone to purchase a baily of any model unless you want to be ripped off have no customer services and regular have to use a glue gun to re-stick trims and covers in your van .

Upgraded to a 2021 Phoenix+644 last October via Wallace Caravans, Kirkcaldy. There was a minor leak due to faulty sealant around the rooflight, which Wallaces fixed within a week, and it has been bone dry inside ever since. We were delayed dealing with the warranty transfer, and realised the deadline with 2 days to go and post strikes looming. Nicholas East in the aftercare team at Baileys went out of his way to be helpful and to ensure the warranty was transferred to us electronically before the deadline expired. So far, a smooth and helpful experience from both Wallace Caravans and Baileys. Recommended.

UPDATE Removed review Refund payment for repairs received I believe partly due to help from Nicholas at Bailey and Gillian at prima leisure It’s a shame the fault was produced in the first place In 2018 and it’s taken this long to resolve

Bought Baily Phoenix 640+ in December 2022 and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have emailed the CEO with no reply and Lowdhams about their aftersales service and got a reply to be fair. I have now emailed Baileys aftersales team after seeing the email address on here. I would never buy a Bailey again either and am waiting to hear what Baileys have to say. There have been many faults with this caravan which I consider to be more than just snagging issues. They are as below:- 1. Faulty door lock (Friends had to come with a toolbox to get us out of our van) 2. Faulty electrics (Fixed on the drive) 3. Warped frame near door. (Eventually replaced) 4. Miss threaded roof blind (Resolved) 5. Several strips coming away (These were looked at and it was suggested replaced. However they are coming away again) 6. Short wardrobe rail (Eventually replaced months later) 7. Sealant blocking the awning rails (Someone came out and ran something through which did nothing. Mark from Lowdhams sales had to come in his own time and rectify this for us) 8. Issue with the stabilizer (Looked at during service) 9. Water heater burning smell and error code (The latest and not yet fixed) 10. Waiting for a price for ATC (which we thought was already fitted)

We bought a brand new Pegasus grande se Ancona feb 2022 we have had nothing but problems!!! The main caravan door has fallen off, all electrics down one side stopped working the beds have faults and collapse every time they are used. Look the caravan back to the dealer and they had it for almost 3 months chasing Bailey for parts and sorting repairs, we have just been on a 3 day trip to find even more problems!! We spent a lot of money on this caravan, Wev missed out on holidays in the 10 months of having it due to it having repairs! Worst thing we ever bought, already looking at getting rid of it, and will not be replacing with a Bailey!

We are the owners of a Bailey Ranger 460/2, Series 5 caravan first registered in 2008. We love the caravan and find it very roomy for two people. The build quality is good and it looks modern even though it is now nearly fiften years old. We use the caravan to camp in the summer in the Netherlands, and we store and have it serviced there. We have now decided to register it in the Netherlands but registering it has proved difficult, mainly we think because of Brexit. We have been asked for one document after another, in spite of already having a full folder of documents to begin with. Five stars is not sufficient to show just how good the Bailey aftersales team have been in listening and responding to our requests for more and more information. At no stage have they given up on us and each time they have patiently tracked down the information for us. We are very grateful.

I am commenting on the superb after-sales warranty handling and customer care. After an issue with the warranty through a dealer, I contacted Bailey direct and was delighted to speak to Diane Moody, in their after-care department. She dealt with my query in a highly professional manner, smoothed the issue over and ensured that the warranty claim was approved. Her manner was friendly, courteous, and exercised discretion to ensure my issues were dealt with. If only other manufacturers were as customer focussed. When I next consider a purchase, this experience will ensure I return to Bailey.

The chassis of the Adamo is built by Ford. Bailey then convert this to a motor home reintegrating the electrics of a transit van. Our vehicle electrician specialist found a number of faults where Bailey had not reintegrated these wires properly causing a transmission warning light to stay on. A needle in a haystack to find the issues and correct. Yet Bailey blame Ford and Ford blame Bailey. It is clearly a Bailey issue as explained above. Sick and tired of dealing with this company. They admit no responsibility at all for shoddy workmanship. We will be getting a full refund. Never buy a Bailey product. Hideous company.

I waited a year for my baileys Adamo 64-9. We finally picked it up in September 2022, and had a weeks adventure planned, as home was up north and a 400 mile drive. Day 2 of ownership, we started to experience a number of electrical problems, we had roadside support out twice, they advised to get home and have it looked at by a Ford dealer, as the main error seemed to the main dashboard/cab. On arriving home, we couldn’t shut down the engine, so my partner sat outside the house for 2 hours with the engine running, waiting for roadside support to assist again. A long story short, the motorhome has been back and forth, via fords, independent vehicle electricians and both have said the electrics in the motorhome are shocking ‘bodge job’ was one comment from fords. To fix they said it needed to be stripped right back, cost £10k + definitely a baileys issue, even though they are blaming ford. The ignition issue, where the van wouldn’t stop running was a Ford issue, and was fixed immediately. It’s now 2.5 months since taking ownership and we used our van for 3 days. I’ve spent £64k on a piece of junk and our future plans are completely ruined. Avoid baileys, shoddy workmanship, shoddy after sales support and just refuse to take ownership. The dealership I purchased from have done their best to help, but the issues are so severe, even they are struggling. UPDATE 16/12/22 - Baileys are denying any responsibility for the shoddy electrics in my brand new motorhome, siting it's a Ford issue. Well Ford have been very proactive and had the motorhome for several weeks, checking every component fitting by them. They have confirmed the shoddy electrical fittings are not due to their Ford build, as they are in the living area and they don't have anything to do with the electrics other than in the cab. Avoid assembled in Great Britain, it's.a joke!

Yet further problems with our 2021 Black edition went in for first service in August and it was decided we needed 2 new roof blinds as they where very stiff now some 4 months on we are still waiting and now 1 of the blinds has jammed part way, absolutely ridiculous will definitely be our last Bailey in fact we are looking to get rid and get a Coachman if funds will allow
