We purchased a brand new Series 5 Seville in April 2022. After our first trip away we soon identified a problem with the blinds on our infinity window ie. We could not open them fully due to the concertina system failing. We reported this to our dealership who informed us they would contact Bailey of Bristol. I would like to stress we have no complaints regarding our dealership. Now 14 months later we are still waiting for replacement blinds. The problem has got worse and this year while away we could only open them half way. We have continued asking our dealership and even emailed the CEO and the advertised email for customer service. The CEO has never responded and we received a return email stating that email address for customer service is ‘no longer monitored’. I feel that this is a company that doesn’t care about me. I now have to consider next steps to get this issue resolved ie. A formal letter of complaint to Bailey, Trading standards and my Solicitor.

I emailed customer service to buy a user manual for my 2004 caravan and within a short time I had a reply to say although no longer available, they sent me a digital version. Fantastic customer service

Just swapped 2017 Vigo 3 for a 2023 Cabrera V for considered back bed plus central toilet & shower benefits. Not sure now, albeit it is what we had been looking for when we originally bought the Vigo. Disappointed to find no front fly screens and the front blinds are a real pain to locate. The blinds don't seem to fold up or down smoothly and as for joining the two on the panoramic window at night, that is a challenge.

Having recently bought a used Bailey caravan, I needed to find out what size the wheel bolts are. I emailed Bailey & their after-service advisor Nick East, asked for more info/photos. Having supplied these, I received a really quick reply saying that they were actually locking wheel nuts & Nick provided a link to where I can buy the adapter. It was all done within their 5-day reply limit & very professionally! Thank you.

After a very near lightning and thunder strike whilst driving our 2021 Bailey Adamo Motorhome, the Seattle control panel above the fridge was left with a very high pitched whistle which wouldn’t stop even with the master switch turned off. Battery and panel were disconnected for 18 hours which obviously stopped the noise but still didn’t reset the panel. 12th of June I Phoned the dealer who said they would email the manufacturer. I contacted Bailey of Bristol the same day who couldn’t have been more helpful, they contacted BCA the maker of the panel for advice, and also searched the internet for similar problems, and sent me links to various web pages with information. Meanwhile the vehicle suppling dealer had also contacted BCA who supplied a new panel FOC within two days. This has all been achieved and fitted with in 4 days and all working again with no noise. Well done all, brilliant service, thank you.

Contacted to transfer our remaining warranty to the new owners of our motorhome. The process was quick literally the next day & Nick was helpful in answering my queries. Thanks Nick.

We bought a new bailey Pegasus Grande SE Bologna in March 2021, within the rear washroom, the curved roof has stated to delaminate and "bubble", externally, the rear roof is not a smooth curve but in some places flat, we also have damp in the rear which i suspect is caused by the faulty rear panel which doesn't seem to seal properly due to the flat spots on the rear curve. Dealer contacted Bailey who came to look at the van and have said "we caused it by spraying expandable foam between the panels". The dealer was amazed at this response and following further talks have agreed to get an independent report conducted (at there cost) to send to bailey to have this warranty claim accepted. The next step is a legal claim against the company. This situation should never happen and if this is the sort of aftercare service and warranty protection they offer....be warned.

Just in the process of getting some warranty work approved for our 2019 Bailey Pursuit 560/5 and spoke to Di (Head of Warranty Claims) to get help with what paperwork was required to get the approval. I cannot rate her highly enough, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Reaffirms why we've bought Bailey before and can't wait to get our new Turin. Thanks Di!

We purchased a brand new vigo caravan in February 2023 and the build quality is extremely poor. They should rename the vigo the Bailey colander, it has that many leaks. In fact if baileys built boats they would be out of business because they would have all sunk. What makes it worse is we have had to wait 16 weeks for baileys to get the damaged parts in and the dealer to rectify the water ingress and replace the parts. The caravan should have been perfect but instead it was a bodged manufacture, more importantly baileys after care doesn't exist.

7 months since our warranty claim was authorised on our new Bailey Phoenix 640+ kitchen drawer. Keep getting the same response the parts are due in but they never turn up. Have written in to complain just to be fobbed off with the same story. Aftercare service is non existent there is no aftercare. I'm sure they have not halted production of new vans during this time which suggests they have had the parts but just can't be bothered. Van paid for in full and not on HP disgraceful service. Please would a member of management call us as requested 3 times already. By the way Bailey's please don't tell me to send an email to aftercare - been there done that and really not worth it. Poor feeble excuse yet again. Do something about it Instead !! Like take a drawer out a new van instead of putting new customers through the same issues.

I bought a Bailey cabrera 18months ago. I had a multitude of issues which took about a year to resolve. Unfortunately 18 months later we are still waiting for the infinity blinds at the front to be replaced. Every time we ring it’s the same excuse! Can’t get it from the suppliers , staff shortages etc etc. they have used every excuse in the book. After a call today they have told me they still cannot give us a date for when the blinds will arrive. People really do need to avoid buying Bailey caravans. They are the worse company we have every dealt with. We are seeking legal advice now and looking at the sale of goods act. I’m sure Baileys response to this post will be ‘send us and email’ but as we know Bailey. You don’t answer them!!! Edited- the reply to this review from Bailey is a lie. How do they know who I am? I have received no email. Don’t be fooled by them.

I purchased a used Autograph III 79-4T 3 months ago and when booking it in for a service and recall works, the dealer asked if I had transferred the warranty (3 years remaining on external water integrity). I hadn't so he suggested I call Bailey. I called Bailey and very quickly was put through to a very pleasant lady who talked me through the process and what was needed to transfer. I had to do it immediately as I had 3 months to transfer and that 3 months was up the next day. She walked me through the website to the point of downloading the form, which I then completed and emailed with the information required. Within 3 hours Nicholas emailed to confirm that transfer had been approved and completed. I can only report on personal experience, and so far I have nothing bad to say about Bailey, from the quality and comfort of my motorhome, to the excellent aftercare. Well done.

Purchased a new Bailey VIGO S5 in June 2022, a few small issues rectified by the warranty process. Annual service and damp check revealed 99% moisture covering 50% of the wooden floor, water ingress from the front RH corner spreading beneath the vinyl floor covering to beyond the side door. Lifted the vinyl covering to find extensive mold growth, the caravan smells moldy, I purchased new to avoid any likelihood of mold. The leak will be rectified under warranty, the internals will be removed, the vinyl lifted to dry the wet wooden floor beneath. I'm stuck with a top end caravan that has visible mold growth, staining and smells moldy. I wouldn't expect this from a 5 yr old caravan, let alone a brand new one. My advice is to stay away from Bailey caravans, major issues with the design, assembly and quality processes.

Whatever bailey motorhome you want just remember this...any little part you need for repair will cost an absolute fortune from PRIMA LEISURE (baileys parts dept)..£100 for a small price of wood or £375 for a window tape fitting tool.. absolutely outrageous costs for everything...so be warned...AVOID BAILEY AND ITS ASTRONOMICAL PARTS DEPARTMENT!!!

After viewing and saving for 4 long years we purchased our Bailey Autograph 111 69-2. Exactly the layout and looks we had been looking for end lounge and plenty of space. we stuck with Bailey after owning a Pageant Moselle for 9 years and build was excellent. What a shame Bailey don't build motorhomes to the same standard. if you are thinking of buying one a few things to look out for on what is called the flagship models. exterior decor peeling off. so far 4 new ones and going g back for 3 more. uneven kitchen drawer ( sorted myself ) loose and even not even used screws in hinges. cab sky light window popped open over 50mile hr.. had extra spacers put in behind locking blocks. external thermometer reading minus 50 and bleeping all night. tyre pressure monitor not working. ( not Bailey problem, take to peugeot to sort out. OK you may think that not much but after paying £67k and having put on 264 miles on the clock going back to dealer who have been sorting out Bailey mistakes, who by the way have done a great job for me. shame Bailey staff don't have the same pride in there work and if they have a quality control guy someone needs to wake him up to check the vans.

Superb, unfussy, patient and professional customer support and a delight to speak to Diane Moody in that department. Could not be more helpful and how wonderful to deal with a company that enables customers to speak to a real human being instead of a useless, frustrating chatbot. Diane even emailed detailed information to me to help answer my question. Superb Baileys. Thanks.
