wish I had read the Bailey of Bristol reviews before sending my caravan for repair, I thought it would be in good hands but what a poor decision, 8 to 10 week repair ended up 32 weeks unbelievable, at approximately week 7 We was told all parts were in and it was going into workshop and would be complete in 3 weeks after many excuses and poor customer service from Bailey of Bristol who clearly don’t care about there customers after 32 weeks We finally got our caravan back, the poor service is far to much to list, rapid response is not a logo Bailey Of Bristol will be taking on any time soon, 3 holidays cancelled and numerous weekends, thanks for nothing never again, Poor staff at this firm Gillian and Chantelle try so hard to help but seriously let down by there powers to be (thank you) Chris the new supervisor nice bloke thank you and good luck sorting that shower out. I haven’t received a survey email so here goes I’ll do it myself 1, how good was we at returning your calls Terrible 2, how good was we at returning your emails Terrible 3, how satisfied are you with the time frame of your repair Terrible 4, how easy was it to book an appointment to collect your caravan Terrible 5, could you talk to a director No they hide behind there staff 6, would you use us again Ha ha ha ha I’d rather snap me arm off READ THE REVIEWS
Contacted aftercare to request CoC for Italian registration and received certificate virtually by return. Excellent assistance from Nicholas East. Now require assistance from Prima with parts so hope the same service level is there.
I have a new Adamo 694, first month I've had problems with the van lights coming on 10 mins after it's been locked. Advised by Baileys to take it to Ford dealer as they are aware of the problem (why did they sell it if they knew it had issues?) with Ford. Ford dealer could not update the van due to work done by Baileys, told to go back to Baileys. Still waiting for the Baileys dealer to come back to me despite numerous emails and calls. When you spend so much money on a van and then have to go around in circles to try and get companies to do what they should have done in the first place. That just can't be right, appalling service
I contacted Bailey for some assistance and advice. I received a quick response and the information I required complete with a link to where I needed to order the item I required. Excellent service from Nicholas East of the aftercare team. Thank you.
Further to my review last june following issues with a brand new series 5 Unicorn. A year later, and Bailey is refusing to pay for warranty remedial work. The sink fitted was not the one advertised, but a much smaller one. The result is behind the sink is a visible gap which was never sealed (it would have been masked by the proper sink) and a gap of around 4mm behind the sink between the cupboard and the wall allowing any water splashed (inevitable as the sink is so small) to run down behind the sink and behind the cupboard it's sitting in. The workshop say they can't seal it without removing the sink, Bailey is saying they won't pay to remove the sink and seal the cupboard. I am at the state where I am considering going to the small claims court as they refuse to cover warranty work. Bailey after sales is definitely non existent!
I had an issue with some warranty work, spoke with Di in customer service, very helpful, knowledgeable and polite, dealt with my concerns to my satisfaction.
Excellent service, I had a few questions about an older caravan and was sent a pdf with all the information I needed.great after sales service even with older caravans.
I just needed an important document refering to a 30-year-old Bailey caravan so as to get it registered in France. The Bailey customer service has been of great help. The document was sent very quickly . No hassle at all. Thank you very much
Water leaks. inop microwave, cooker that blows fuses and burns you as controls overheat .trims hanging off and blisters in floor vinyl plus another 12 faults absolute quality not what you expect on a brand new caravan
Caravan delivered not as specified on order. Bathroom door is different size, to frame. So doesn’t close. The other item I’m told is on back order, 6 to 12 months. I would say I was amazed someone answers the phone at Bailey, when I contacted them. Which was good to know, as I spoke to a very nice gentleman. Who sadly blamed the Dealer, who sold me the Caravan. Which I thought was unfair, as Bailey built the caravan and inspected prior to being release as fit for use. It was brand new, delivered to the dealer. The dealer says he can't get a date form Bailey, for the delivery of the missing item (ATC). He has so many warranty claims and services to complete, it will be 8 weeks before I can bring the caravan in to be looked at. I sense Bailey do care and have issues with quality control or poor management, leadership, production standard's. I wanted a British built Caravan, to support British jobs and industry.
I bought my Bailey brindisi February 2022. During this year we have had several issues which luckily our dealer was able to help with: 1. Window frames came unscrewed on 3 of the windows 2. Splash back behind the sink slid down 3. Microwave had to replaced as not working. 4. The fridge was not working properly a wire was loose at the back. 5. The boiler is not working at the moment so no heat or hot water.our dealer is looking at this for us at the moment. As this is a new caravan I am very angry that we have had these problems. I feel that this caravan was not put together with the care and precision that I would have expected from a Bailey. I would expect a response
Very poorly made and the after care is just about none existent I will never buy or recommend anyone to purchase a Bailey caravan
We’ve been dealing with Di at Prima leisure. She’s gone above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful. Can’t rate her enough as customer service is key!
We have twice spoken to Mr Nicholas East regarding questions we had pertaining to our 1999 Bailey Caravan. Despite not having purchased the caravan from Baileys of Bristol, Mr East gave us a lot of his time over the telephone. He provided us with the caravan manual, and talked us through the battery and charging options for our model. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and his input has been invaluable to us.
I was provided with a handbook for an older model very promptly. I am impressed with the service and I will probably upgrade in future with another Bailey product. Thankyou Mr. East
Spoke to customer service team about getting an annual service done. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable and informed me who I had to use and the relevant timescales.
Our Bailey Seville 5 2022 is just not worth the money we paid for it, very poor build throughout. Like the other reviewers of this caravan I am bitterly disappointed. None of the drawers fit properly and we took it in last week for a whole week to have them done and Bailey sent the same drawers out again. They have corrected this fault on this years caravan so why not all of ours who have bought this caravan. When we got it the waste pie for the bathroom was not even connected up underneath the caravan and the microwave door would not open fully. The pump blew off because there was a kink in the pipe inside the caravan and this caused a leak inside as well plus I had to buy a new pump and hire a mobile caravan engineer to sort it out on Anglesea. I could go on believe me. Bailey sort yourself our you have gone to pot. Update as of 28th July 2023 - Bailey it appears do not have any parts to repair my caravan according to Lowdhams. Took mine in for repair this week and when I was told this I bought a Swift caravan, hope this will be a better company to deal with. That is it as far I am concerned - no more dealings with Bailey

I have already submitted the photos into Bailey which clearly identifies all the above defects. In sumnary A Very Very poor standard of quality within the finished product and it feels like Bailey do not want to know. This will be my First & Last Bailey Caravan.( Absolutely disgusting level of service all around once the money is taken ) Further to your reply on 21/04/23 I have already submitted the photos into Bailey , again how have you managed to supply a very poor quality product . I have returned the caravan and got a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015 .
We bought a Bailey Unicorn Carbrera a year ago and up to now have had a dozen faults. Every time we take it out something else fails. We did contact Bailey but they didn’t want to know! It’s been a very frustrating year and will definitely not buy another Bailey Caravan.
