We chose to replace our worn out Outback barbecue with the same make as it had served us well for believe it or not 20 years. We received our Jupiter 6 from BBQOutlet exactly as described, sold at a competitive price and delivered in a timely fashion, with regular updates as to it’s progress. I would have to highly recommend both the manufacturer and the seller, and would definitely repeat the purchase - hopefully in another 20 years time.

Ended up with great customer service and my BBQ was delivered in perfect condition with nothing missing. I had a couple of badly worded emails from nowgroupuk after the order, which was alarming at first, but got in touch with the support team via email and they were able to confirm delivery details and arrange with the courier to deliver on a different day for me, very helpful!

Bought a cover for my excel outback BBQ it’s an excellent fit and a nice thick material with the outback logo on .luckily it keeps the BBQ nice and dry which is needed at the moment

Make the models the item is for more visible / pronounced on the website. Ordered the wrong one but adapted with some extra holders to make it work.

Very quick turn around with order even when I had realised I had my old address on for delivery, 1 phone call and it was sorted and sent to correct address

Took ages for item to arrive (over a week), it was listed for our BBQ only for it not to be. The angle of the photo made it look the same. More details should of been given. Also someone said they'd come back to me the following day only to be told they were off by a colleague. I don't write reviews normally but this miffed me off.

This company is the only one I could find that would supply the BBQ cover a needed for my outback BBQ. It was ordered and supplied without problem and is great quality at a decent price.
