Feb 10,2024Product was ok, not blown away. One of the screws was machined wrong and had no screw head. So assembled and not entirely secure, but passable. Biggest issue though...ordered 2nd Jan and arrived 7th Feb. When ordered it was a 2 week delivery time.

Feb 05,2024I'm so upset with my experience with Bed Kings. I ordered bedroom furniture, thought I would pay a bit more so it lasted and looked nice. I had 1 set of 6 drawers, a tall boy and 2 bedside cabinets delivered. The tall boy was delivered in 2 boxes which contained incorrect pieces and had missing parts. Contacted them several times by email, they answered the phone and sent a replacement. The replacement was exactly the same as the first one, incorrect pieces and bits missing. I have contacted them 5 times by phone over the course of a year and have never recieved the bits I need. They never call back as promised and I now have one damaged bedside table and a tall boy which has no lid or draw fronts. Absolutely gutted as I can't afford to replace it all

Jan 24,2024The installers were very polite, took off their shoes, all furniture assembled and working perfectly, we love the Dakota ottoman bed. Can’t fault the service at all would highly recommend. Delivery was on time and kept in contact with me throughout. 5stars

I had loads of questions needed to change colours went back and forth about delivery and building and added and took things away from my order until I got it right. Staff were wonderful. Helpful and did exactly everything I needed until I got it right. My biggest complaint is the exorbitant prices they ask for to bring things into your home. And build them. I just wonder where we are in the world when a delivery person basically won’t cross your threshold without the company being paid more for that part than the furniture itself

Jan 14,2024Delivery took 2+ weeks instead of 2-5 days advertised. Customer support was slow to respond. Delivery service did not send an alert message so nearly missed delivery. Item quality was OK - a few damaged bits but they where hidden once built. Finished product looked good.

Feb 17,2024Absolutely amazing service!! The delivery/assembly service were polite, quick, they even took off their shoes to put together my bed in my room without me having to ask. From ordering through to delivery and assembly, Bed Kings were helpful, easy to communicate with and very understanding. Absolutely superb, as a first time buyer and furnisher they were incredibly trustworthy and made me feel very comfortable. Would 100% recommend and go back to them again!
