Oct 23,2023I would have given this company a zero if this was available!! We were very disappointed with the quality of the bedroom furniture and highlighted this to them under 24hours from receipt by phone. We were asked to put a concerns in an email, where we wanted a full refund as stated within their T+Cs. The response we were received as was that as the furniture is assembled (which we paid Bed Kings to complete) we are only entitled to £235.99 whereby we paid £1198.52??? We are now taking legal advise

After purchasing what I thought was the same range solid built bedside table from elsewhere which I was pleased with, I was looking forward to receiving this furniture to finish our new bedroom but have been most disappointed overall. Delivery took a lot longer than expected but when it did the delivery company used were helpful and have excellent communication. As for the furniture itself, I was expecting the chest of drawers to be solid built but was flat packed along with the wardrobe (which I did expect). Both were a complete and utter nightmare to build with ambiguous instructions and requiring a lot of room to unpackage and layout ready. Both have various paint chips on and just do not fit together well at all. Probably what I should expect from flat packed furniture maybe but not particularly cheap. Just looks awful at the end of it with exposed fixings on the wardrobe and gaps in joints/not lining up properly even though all pre-drilled holes.

Oct 03,2023The furniture is good quality. There was good communication from Bedkings. The delivery drivers were courteous and helpful - great communication from them too whilst en route. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we had to wait a long time for the furniture to arrive. We knew in advance and were willing to wait, but 6 weeks was a long time to wait.

Oct 03,2023Ordered furniture to include assembly. When ordered said furniture on the website, delivery time given was 1-2 weeks. It took 7. When finally given a date, a few days before this, the date was rescheduled to the day before. We'd already arranged to be at home for the initial delivery date given so we had to change our plans. When delivery didn't turn up in the window given, we contacted Bed Kings and told the deliveries were out but they would check and ring back with an update. They didn't and there was no delivery. We emailed our disappointment, that there'd been no delivery, no contact and we'd waited in all day. The following morning we received an email to advise the furniture had been found to be damaged on assembling so delivery had been aborted. They apologised for this and that no-one had contacted to let us know. They said delivery would be rescheduled. After a week, delivery had to be chased as no contact. Finally delivery was a week later.

Oct 02,2023Delivery was 3 weeks and not 1-2 weeks as advertised but that’s fine but after using professionals to put the wardrobe together some parts were not correct, bent and drawers not fitting how they should be. Their customer services emailed me telling me we fitted it wrong but these guys I used do this for a living so I have trust in them.

Sep 29,2023We bought the bedroom set and it was delivered in the timeframe quoted. I spoke to one of the customer service team who were very helpful to confirm delivery and also that the delivery and build facility would be available which it was. The 2 guys who delivered and built the furniture were excellent too. We are very pleased with the service and the furniture looks lovely and is of a good quality too.

Sep 22,2023Looks like a good quality bed although I haven’t slept on it yet. Good service when I rang up to ask questions. Even if phone wasn’t answered immediately, they always rang back. Contact with the delivery company was a bit sketchy.
