Mar 10,2024I did my research to get a really good guest bed with trundle... This company had very good reviews but the comments about the drivers doing the delivery left me hesitant. My mother has recently past and also I'm deaf (profound) so a miserable crew would have been devastating. I needn't have worried. The two delivery guys are a credit to this company. They were very pleasant, respectful, fast working and helpful. The bed is just stunning. It's well made and oozes quality. I'm more than happy with it. Anyone thinking of buying a new bed I would honestly say this company is the one to go for. Thank you all for making the transaction go smoothly.

I have been chasing them up every week for three weeks and then they’re telling me they’re going to deliver this Thursday with a three hour time slot and they’ve not even confirmed whether I’m going to be home or anyone is going to be home I’m absolutely disgusted with the service. If I didn’t already paid and haven’t waited for three weeks I would cancel my order

Mar 03,2024The trundle guest bed with 2 mattresses is good value for money and well made. It was delivered as agreed by 2 men, who brought it into the house and assembled it, were polite and considerate. They made sure that I knew how to operate the legs on the trundle bed before leaving taking all the packaging with them. Thank you Bed Kings

Feb 29,2024I ordered Ottoman bed Delivery/assembly team were friendly and very helpfull. They call half an hour before they arrived. Driver(M.Ravf) and his colleague were very polite and respectful of our house. They asked us where we wanted the furniture positioning and put it all in place for us. Only reason not to give 5 stars is long delivery time, even custumer service always politely answer to my calls and emails.

Feb 26,2024Good product, however the delivery company was not at all up to spec' they did not pick up when they should have and did not let me know the delivery date util the last minute. Not a fault of Bed Kings, although I think they should pass this problem onto the relevant company, as I have seen others with a similar problem.

Mar 16,2024I had a couple of questions about delivery and I managed to use the live chat easily and received responses really quickly and then also spoke to a lovely helpful person on the phone about the delivery date. Really refreshing to actually get through to a company no problem. The delivery was on time and drivers communication was great, we’ve only built one product so far (ordered 2) but quality is great. I’ll definitely order from this company again. Great service and products. I also found the same wardrobe set on a different website and bed kings were cheaper for exactly the same set.
