Nov 20,2023This company is rubbish. Firstly they didn’t deliver on time so had to keep ringing to find out wot was going on but kept getting lied to, began to think it was a scam. When delivery finally came the workmen assembled our wardrobe which was well overpriced, 2 men for around an hours work each cost £275, in the process they put mud all over my carpet and scraped the paintwork in my bedroom, then as we moved wardrobe the back started to fall off as not enough tacks nailed in, we had to buy some and nail in ourself. The other bedroom furniture we put together ourselves but looks cheap, drawers will not align properly. I have complained but to no avail, customer service not good. My advice do not use this company

Nov 14,2023Great colour - more like Graphite than Slate Blue, classy looking design too. One hiccup is one of the drawer runners is fouling somehow - we will be investigating tomorrow, hopefully it will lend itself to adjustment. Quality is good.

Nov 11,2023I ordered drawers to match my desk which I bought months ago. It was great to find exactly what I wanted and the process was easy. Although the cost of having them built for me is a bit expensive, I was grateful for this service as there is no way in which I could built flatpack. The delivery men were on time and very pleasant and courteous.

Nov 11,2023I ordered the 4 piece Lancaster bedroom furniture. I had updates on delivery from the start, it arrived on time - with texts leading up to the delivery. Delivery man was really helpful. The furniture was easy to assemble and is great quality! I love it and it looks great in my newly decorated room. Great price for the project.

Nov 10,2023The bed is very good but the delivery was not. I had not realised I had to pay extra to have the bed put in the bedroom and the delivery driver would only put it in the hall. I persuaded him to put it in the living room so that I could at least get into my house. He then wanted me to sign a piece of paper to say that the bed was in good condition I refused as it was not unpacked and he started to tell me this was a free delivery and I should sign. As it was 9 at night dark there was two of them and I live alone I wrote on the paper he gave me that the packaging was intact I found it very unpleasant.
