Apr 15,2024The item I ordered on 1st of month was supposedly in stock with delivery in 5-7 days. I was then told it was pending delivery presumably to a warehouse. When it arrived there I was told the courier was collecting and would call to agree delivery. The courier contacted me 4 days ago to say they had it. Now I have to wait for them to send me a delivery date. It is over 2 weeks since ordering. If I try to follow any of this up I get what has become the standard message from Covid. “we have a high level of calls to deal with…”. I would have ordered elsewhere for quicker delivery.

Apr 01,2024I purchased the luxury guest trundle bed with pocket spring mattresses and zipper to join the two together. The colour of the bed was different to what I thought it would be. A different shade and much less vibrant. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on. The trundle slides in/ out easily once the feet are adjusted correctly. Putting the trundle up and down is effortful but manageable by one person. Joining the zipper to create a super king mattress is not that straightforward- especially if you want to join both top and bottom zippers. Also the super king sheet I had is too small for the bed which is annoying. With the beds joined, the middle of the bed is dippy if you sleep in the middle rather than on one of the mattresses. The actual bed is also quite a bit longer than the trundle, meaning there are approx 10cm at one end not covered by mattress. The bed itself is very high, which I don’t mind but some would struggle with. Would I buy it again? Probably, but only because I haven’t found anything better out there. Delivery was very straight forward.

Mar 24,2024I was so happy to find this bed! After much Internet research, I had almost given up on finding a comfortable single bed for my daughter that could occasionally be a comfortable double bed for guests (which meant the second mattress needed to zip to the first). I was beginning to wonder if it existed! This is perfect. Beautiful soft silver velvet head and foot, amazing quality mattresses, sturdy zip between them. My daughter is happy, we're happy. Bed Kings were great. They gave us a 2 hour delivery slot which narrowed to an exact time, the guy did a great job assembling it in the room, and as we had to go out, he locked the door, posted the key back through, and WhatsApped me a video of him doing that as well a photos of the assembled bed. Amazing service, thanks so much.

Very friendly and took great care when carrying everything up 3 flights of stairs in our home. Extremely happy with our purchase and service received and would highly recommend. Mar 19,2024Brilliant service. There was a delay in furniture delivery to the warehouse but that happens. I purchased the Boston 4 piece living room set. It is beautiful. A solid, heavy piece of furniture. I did pay for assembly and it was well worth it. Delivery slot was very early and they came on time (6:15am). Very efficient and courteous and made me check everything was okay before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Will definitely be looking again in the future.

Mar 17,2024Placing my order was easy to do, there was no issue during the ordering process. The delivery time is a bit disappointing as it takes longer than expected. A little communication would be good as I received 1 email that was the invoice then a couple of weeks later the delivery company emailed to let me choose my delivery day. Just poor communication really.

Mar 16,2024I am so disappointed with the bed I have received. The material on the base is loose and there are dark spots of what looks like excess glue making the bed frame look dirty. The mattresses have seams that are completely undone with thread hanging off in a loop. Such an expensive and disappointing product. The base looks cheap and is ruined by the dark glue marks.
