I paid an additional £100 to get the bed assembled because I work all day and have evening shifts and had made a promise to my daughter that when she came home from school her new bed would be ready. I was at work when the men came and the delivery drivers were adament to my partner we had not paid to get the bed assembled and the boxes taken away and they were also very rude. When I finished work and called showing my receipt and evidence of payment they said they can't come till the end of the week. My partner ended up having to put it together which means he lost an evening of work, I had a very upset little girl and 4 days later I still have not had my £100 refunded. I blame the delivery guys more than the company but they should have at least called their office to check.

Oct 13,2022Dreadful attitude by the man who was assembling the wardrobe rude and dismissive to my wife and daughter watched the struggle to move a heavy bed which he said was ‘in the way’ which quite honestly was petty at best. Told them you’ve got five minutes to do this or I’m going and promptly stood there looking at his watch His colleague was visibly embarrassed One door is not straight either but at that point they were so intimidated by him they just wanted him out of the house Unfortunately or fortunately! I wasn’t there Really appalling way to treat Women the company should be ashamed

Oct 11,2022Bought a shoe cabinet and it has not arrived yet. Contacted customer service via email a couple of times with no success, as no one has got back in touch. Have contacted Bed Kings 3 times via phone, and I am always told that the shoe cabinet should have been delivered long ago and that they will find out what happened and get back to me. Again, no one gets back in touch and I still have no idea what happened to my order.

Oct 09,2022Wardrobe is nice. Happy with that. Not so pleased with the drawers, very small and wooden pegs pushed through the wood causing holes in the front. Maybe to be expected with the price so wouldn’t recommend.
