Oct 07,2022Delivery was on time, and very quick, we asked them to put the wardrobe just upstairs on the landing and they said no, and asked for £20, so thought this was a lot just to put it up the stairs.

Oct 06,2022The furniture was delivered and assembled at a cost of £100. The delivery men apologised profusely as a wardrobe door was damaged and my oak floor scratched in the process. They took photos, reported the damage to Bedkings and said I would receive replacements/compensation. After weeks of trying to no avail, I have given up. A wall picture frame was also damaged in the process, I later realised. I strongly advise against using this company, for the reasons given. Faulty furniture and damage caused.

Oct 05,2022Excellent service. I was kept up to date as to when delivery would be. I asked for the item to be assembled and it arrived all done! I expected them to have to do it here, but a lovely surprise for it to be ready to go. The delivery men were friendly and really helpful

Oct 05,2022Very good don’t give 5 stars because tv cabinet wasn’t particularly as good as bed furniture I purchased a while back , due to holes being out slightly and causing issues , the other 2 items where fine

Oct 03,2022AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. I returned an item last month because of its poor quality, at the same time, I also emailed them my return confirmation and requested a refund. One month later, I realised that the refund hasn't been received. So I called several times and finally, someone agreed to process the refund for me. This means if you failed to check your bank statement or were not bothered to chase them several times, you WOULD NOT get your refund back! The refund was 20% less than what I paid for the item. Even though I only partially opened the packaging, resealed it back to its original packaging, and returned it at my own cost. They have the discretion to issue a PARTIAL REFUND as mentioned on its refund page. It makes me wonder if they can deduct however much they want as it is so unclear. I will not buy from this company ever again, terrible experience. My order number is #215946, please check. Hi the bedking team, thanks for your reply. My points still stand….. it is not clear from your T&Cs that a restocking fee of 20% will be charged, and the refund was only processed after I had persistently chased.

Sep 28,2022Great service. Furniture delivered within agreed timescales and on time on actual day. Took furniture build option and the guys were excellent - friendly and helpful. Furniture looks good. Some stickers missing which were noted and will be sent to us.

Sep 24,2022Delivery fast and kept me up to date all the way through. Table was easy to put together and works as it should. But after only 3 weeks, the table top is fading and peeling to reveal light grey/white underneath. I always use coasters ti protect the table, so I'm confused to how it's fading after only 3 weeks. Also the trims around the table have started to come off! I give it 2 months till I have to throw it away! So overall, I'm very disappointed.

Sep 19,2022We had to wait weeks for a sideboard to be delivered. On arrival, every piece apart from two were damaged. We had to re package the whole unit to be sent back but incredibly the unit goes straight into a skip! Why can't they go to a charity organisation instead of being destroyed? Sadly, won't use them again. Bought a similar unit from another company that came in a couple of days and was perfect.

Sep 19,2022Very poor quality. One of the handle and a door fell apart after the assembly men left. The door cannot close properly. The back of the wardrobe are blend and not firmly attached. All these situations mentioned are happened before I put anything into the wardrobe. The only thing that has to admit is, the price is really competitive and attractive. But while I paid for the assembly service, can it be better?
