Good food, online experience could be better
Oct 31,2022Disappointing experience - one of the packages delivered included the wrong parts, emails to customer service are never replied to so you have to call, I purchased the assembly service only to be told I haven’t provided enough space for the team to actually do it and that I should have known they’d need it. Too pricey for the trouble, will not use again.

Oct 30,2022The product was fine but the customer service was awful. I wanted to rearrange delivery a few days before my slot as I had to work. I was told the next slot was weeks later as the delivery had to be on a Thursday as I had paid for the item to be built. I then asked to cancel and for a refund and was told I couldn't have a refund and would be charged. I then felt I was pressured into taking the day off work so they could come on the original Thursday. My husband took half a day off so he could be there instead. When the delivery arrived the men who delivered had no idea they were supposed to build it and said we had to dismantle our bed and take everything out the room. They refused to build the wardrobes even though there was plenty of space. A total waste of time and money.

Oct 25,2022I bought a trundle bed. Paid for delivery. The men arrived and dumped it in my hallway. Refused to take it up to bedroom. I told them my husband and I couldn’t manage to do this ourselves and I’ve never heard of ANY company doing this before. One guy made a call and then said they’d do it for £20. I had no choice but to pay them. I was absolutely appalled at this behaviour and my friends and family have been amazed to hear of such a thing. It is completely unacceptable and put me off ordering from this company again.

Oct 24,2022The Lancaster bedroom set I purchased was delivered on the arrange date. Delivery staff were polite pleasant and efficient. The furniture was very well packed no damage at all. Delighted with the set. Does not look like flat packed furniture. Is of good quality and has weight and a good feel to it.
