Mar 21,2022I purchased 3 study desk over 9 weeks now. only 2 and half arrived I was advised that the other part of the 3rd desk will be delivered on after a week but it has not been delivered. I sent an email to bed kings and there has been no reply. I would like the complete items I ordered to be delivered please as my children need it for home studay.

Mar 21,2022So overall not good. Poor communication. After 2 weeks had to follow up, and had to to send 2 follow up emails emails to get a response. Once received delivery the box was damaged, did an initial examination of everything and it looked ok, but once assembled saw that the top of the sideboard is damaged. Waited that long for it will have to live with it. But overall poor. Wont use Bed Kings again. Whole attitude was not one of not being bothered, and quality of product not great either.

Mar 17,2022We ordered a headboard from Bedkings - with a delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks - and numerous e mails, the item arrived. Unfortunately , the headboard had a manufacturing fault - of which Bedkings were notified straight away. Despite over 3 weeks - and numerous e mails - we are still being willingly fobbed off by Bedkings. We have now asked for a full refund - as the situation is highly unlikely to be resolved to our satisfaction. Bedkings customer service and response are absolutely useless - I would honestly go so far as to say they are dishonest, unprofessional - and I would urge people not to part with any money to them. Extremely poor company. The reply below is the same excuse we have been hearing for over 4 weeks now - and yet, still no contact from Bedkings. Don't touch this company with a bargepole !.

Mar 14,2022Do not buy this furniture. It’s very thin bad quality. Once you put it together after hours it’s damaged the draws a flimsy and the product is all round terrible quality. I bought it for my sons bedroom and now have to buy new and replace it all

Mar 14,2022Everything went as planned. Our beds arrived and were taken to the room they are going to occupy. All we had to do is remove the plastic wrapping and put them in place.

I managed to chat online in reference to my order and found them prompt in replying. Excellent customer services throughout from office staff to the delivery guys. A good website aswell.
