Apr 16,2022I bought a very nice stylish bed frame (which took 5 months to deliver rather than the quoted 3 months). To my shock, the bed frame support broke whilst my twenty year old son stood on my mattress changing my light bulb. I contacted customer support by both phone and email and was promised some action. However it has been 5 weeks and I have not been contacted back by customer service regards repair or replacement.

Apr 15,2022Bought two beautiful sideboards, which are great. However, they took like 6 months to arrive (rather than the quoted three). The delay itself is no problem really, global shortages etc, but there was no communication until I enquired about impending deliveries

Apr 04,2022The service was spot on, the drivers were amazingly helpful however there were bits of the delivery missing and we were told that they would be sent out asap and we are still waiting. It's a shame as otherwise I am so please with everything else.

The delivery team were great, helped me with the 13 large boxes I'd ordered and was very friendly. Item quality was very good and exactly how I expected, easy enough to put together. Don't have any negative comments to make!

Apr 01,2022Excellent from start to finish. Bed Kings and the shipping company were in constant contact regarding shipping and delivery. And even allowed me to pick a day that suited me as nobody was going to be home. All parcels arrived on time. And both pieces of furniture I ordered are really good quality and so easy to build (from someone who's not usually that good at things like that). I would definitely recommend Bed King and will certainly look at them for future furniture purchases. 5 stars isn't enough for the service I received.

Apr 20,2022After paying for a bedroom suite in full, part of my order arrived after 6 weeks. This was acceptable as was stated 6 weeks on the original order. However, the condition of the boxes and contents was not good. After complaining to service dept via phone and email, I was informed new parts would be ordered for me, to arrive by the following Friday. Unfortunately this did not happen, and as I was going on holiday soon after, it was eventually delivered and left with a neighbour. However, when contacting Bedkings, I was informed they would chase up the parts and contact back. They did not, I found out what had happened when returning home. Some of these parts now need replacing as they are a different colour to the original. I have chased this several times, each time getting a different story. The second part of my order arrived after 13 weeks, 9-12 weeks was stated on the order. There are scratches on the front of the cupboard but am not contacting Bedkings because I feel am wasting my time. The whole experience has been depressing and I will never use then again.
