Mar 07,2022Wrote a complaint about our bedside table in January and had absolutely no response. We've had our furniture less than a year and it's already chipped away, clearly of a poor quality. I asked for a replacement and they did nothing. Very disappointing.

Mar 07,2022The customer service was lacking. I had to chase three times to secure my delivery slot. The guys that came to assemble my bed were polite and got on with the job.

Mar 04,2022Friendly and efficient team delivered the bed in the stated time slot (phoned 30 minutes beforehand to let us know they were nearly there), assembled it and took all the packaging away. Bed Kings were also happy to hold our item while we waited for a new carpet to be fitted. Great service, would recommend.

Feb 27,2022We are delighted with this trundle bed, full size single on both. We are using as guest beds but have laid out on it and very comfortable. It is higher than a normal bed. Very pleased with delivery, they contacted me prior to delivery arrived on time and smoothly done. Very nice and polite. We did pay for the service to put it together making life easier as we are in our 70's. All in all great job.

Feb 26,2022Ordered a furniture set last year , really poor quality , and the doors on the wardrobes where damaged/marked , they did replace them , but when the delivery guys came to install they where not put on correctly and marked as well , customer service , unhelpful and rude , not interested , purely because I had signed the invoice, I have pictures and evidence to prove all this , I would advise anyone to stay away from this company and for the money you can get better quality elsewhere

Feb 25,2022Love this bed. Waited longer than I thought but don’t think I checked lead times as I wasn’t in a particular rush. Small hiccup with delivery texts, but got delivered in perfect condition by very pleasant guys. When I called the office I was dealt with by very pleasant man, and as I say the quality of the bed seems excellent and at a considerable saving over other sites. Will definitely use them again if I need more furniture.

Mar 07,2022I received my order and straight away noticed that one of the drawers would not open, I emailed customer service straight away and am yet to receive a reply, this is now over a week ago. I have emailed photos and videos to show the fault.
