Jul 12,2024Unfortunately, the courier lost my order only delivered part of the order. I was unable to make up the bed so I cannot comment on the item. However the customer service I received whist the item was being located was fantastic. I was kept up to date. Unfortunately the item was never found and I was offered a full refund and the part order was collected promptly.

Jun 08,2024Would of been 5 star like the last time we ordered. The difference this tme unfortunately, which may have been out of there control was the delivery. Bed kings delivered the first time and was great. Helpful, on time and kept us updated on delivery. This time we had yodel which wasn't too bad,and also parcelforce,which was terrible and stressful with no updates and we then had to go out of our way to go and pick our parcel up. Bedkings is a great company but unfortunately was let down by delivery companies.

Jun 03,2024First point is that the quality of the finished product is very good. I have marked the company down because of the poor quality of information. I was led to believe that delivery of the bed would follow within a short time frame after placing the order. When I hadn't heard anything in the time I was led to believe the order would would take I rang the company. There was a problem with obtaining the fabric for the base. I was given a delay time of about a week - still no notification of delivery date, this happened about 3 more times and eventually I rang to say, the grandchildren are coming to stay this weekend, will I have their trundle bed by then! At last they confirmed it would be. I asked about the carrier taking the bed upstairs for us. I was told it was v light and wouldn't be problem even for us in our 70's. It took all morning and it was v difficult and things were much heavier than we were led to believe - so again I was disappointed in the information given to us

May 30,2024Great price and delivery was quicker than most. The chaps who did the delivery were polite and efficient in putting the furniture up. I’ve dropped a star due to being quite surprised that they asked to use my microwave to heat up their lunch. I’m now left with a, not unpleasant, aroma of someone else’s meal.

Jul 19,2024First time ordering from Bed Kings and I wouldn’t order from them again. I ordered some living room furniture with an estimated delivery time of 5-6 weeks. They arrived around 7 weeks later and part of the order was missing! I received no correspondence from Bed Kings just the delivery company who told me they couldn’t deliver part of the order as it wasn’t in stock when they collected. I had no idea where it was or why it hadn’t been delivered. I contacted Bed Kings and the rest of my furniture came a few days later which I can’t fault but it was very frustrating considering how much we paid. If ordering from them I would just be mindful that you won’t have speedy delivery.
