Nov 07,2020Ordered Swift wooden guest bed and mattresses, all went to plan with on time delivery. Assembly instruction drawing caused some confusion as they did not reflect actual condition, but this was clarified with a quick call to Beds on Legs. Not had time to try them yet but beds look decent quality. From experience so far would recommend Beds on Legs.

Nov 06,2020Easy to assemble. Side opening ottoman bed came as two sections. Attach the feet, clip the base units together, and attach the headboard. Ready in 10mins. Powerful hinges, easily lifted our heavy mattress. Expected lead time was 4-6 weeks... It came in 3. Overall, very pleased and would recommend.

Oct 30,2020Ordered a bed 30th September and arrived less than four weeks later much earlier than expected good quality easy assembly. I ordered a mattress I didn’t need (the package I chose came with a mattress) they immediately called me and refunded my money. Highly recommend

Oct 26,2020The wait for the arrival of the bed was lengthy, however during the current climate it is expected. I was informed every step of the way either by email or telephone if the arrival date was extended. I was contacted early on when delivery was expected, and again to narrow down the expected delivery slot. Arrived when was expected. Delivery company respected all social distancing rules and procedures, were polite and courteous. The bed was well packaged, instructions could have been a little more detailed. Very easy to assemble, very sturdy and absolutely gorgeous! could not be happier with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Oct 25,2020Website easy to use, help desk friendly, bed came early 3.5 weeks (estimate had been 4-6) Notified of delivery by personal call couple days before. Delivery on time although they didn’t take bed base to required room it was awkward but even so surprised delivery guys left it for my 84 year old mother to move it. Obviously my mum couldn’t get base up stairs so my husband and friend to moved it. They managed it in under 10 minutes just needed care and a bit of thought. Bed itself as described everything there. Easy to assemble. Bought a single guest bed with pull out trolley to make it into double with maximum thickness (Deluxe pocket sleep) mattresses. The spare mattress only just fitted under bed took a lot of pushing and squeezing would have been too difficult for my mum to do. Mattress seems firm but comfortable although not yet slept on. Looks smart although obviously for price construction basic. Would use Beds on Legs again.

Nov 09,2020I ordered my bed on the 16th September and it arrived on the 16th October, but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong bed which was completely my fault. I rang Beds on legs and immediately I was reassured that it was no problem. I was able to keep the base and use it whilst waiting for my new base which was delivered on Friday. The delivery company were very good. The quality of the bed is excellent. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you Beds on Legs
