Sep 17,2020Unfortunately the lead time I was quoted ended up being over twice as long, continuous mixed messages over promising and under delivering. In truth this was down to the fact they don’t actually manufacture the bed and as such were in the incapable hands of Serene the supplier. The only save in grace for BOL was that they were diligent with communication and really did seem to care. Upon receiving the bed I was shocked at the poor quality and workmanship, missing assembly parts it really doesn’t reflect value for money at all, I have taken photos etc and was debating arranging a return but I just haven’t had the time and really could do without all the hassle. Poor show.

Sep 16,2020Very disappointed with the service of this website I bought a Serene Marseilles Day Bed with Trundle Guest, with a lot of anticipation, and delivered the wrong model. After exchanging emails, The company told the logistics company were going to deliver the correct one. Then I waited more.......They just came today to collect the wrong one but nothing to deliver. It is just frustrating. No empathy; they made me go through a very uncomfortable moment. I have my family at home and cannot give the wrong bed before receiving a new one. My dad had a stroke and what I supposed to do........ make him sleep on the floor?

Sep 13,2020Sadly this mark is for the quality of the product. They must change supplier or seriously come down on who ever they are like a ton of bricks. The headboard was thrown together by school levers. The squares were anything but. All random sizes and skewed, the studs / buttons were not positioned equidistant, as if they were done by eye (after a few beers), as if they dont know what a ruler is for. Shocking. They did offer a refund and to retrieve the faulty goods. Not sure they can do much about their supplier, its another company who no doubt sells to many of these online retailers who are sourcing garbage from kids in a garage somewhere. Better to buy a known brand name like Hypnos or Sleepease or some other good well known brand. I have learned my lesson. Maybe they should consider making these beds in house to differentiate them from the cookie cutter competition, and market an improvement in quality they could achieve by employing quality people with the right attitude. They could do well, as the website is good.

Sep 12,2020I recently bought two kingsize beds from Beds on Legs and I am very pleased with their services and products. The beds were made to order and are of very good quality! You do have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the manufacturer to produce your items but this is expected and well communicated by the Beds on Legs Team who are also very approachable and polite. Especially Stuart, whom I liased pre and post-order, was very helpful, polite and diligent in dealing with my order and requests, not to mention very fast in responding as well. I had a minor issue with one of the headboards and Stuart promptly and kindly offered options to resolve in a very professional manner. I can safely reccommend Beds on Legs! Keep up the great work team!

Sep 12,2020I recently purchased the Back 1000 mattress, I ordered this on Thursday 3rd of September, on the website it stated the delivery time scale was 7-10 days. However on Friday 4th, I had a call to arrange delivery for Monday 7th! Fortunately I was off that day so was able to accept the delivery date, I was kept upto date on when to expect my mattress and an hour into the allotted time, it arrived. 2 delivery men were happy to put it into the bedroom, they were very professional and wore facemasks. I felt safe the whole short time it took them to deliver the mattress. As for the mattress, I've only been using it a few nights but I can already feel an improvement from my old mattress, before I was waking often in the night and woke in pain. None can be said for the new mattress! I let it air for 12 hours which looking up is plenty of time for a rolled hybrid mattress to do its thing. This is the first time using this company as I had never heard of them before but my sister had used them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone, very happy.

Sep 11,2020Delivery was quicker than expected. Two chaps took all parts up to the room for me which was really helpful. I put the bed together myself which was pretty straightforward. My daughter loves her new bed.

Sep 11,2020Ordered 2 divans & 3 mattresses - unfortunately, one of the mattresses was damaged , but customer support rectified the issue straight away & have ordered a replacement- very happy with the products & the customer service . Would use again &/or recommend .

The mattress is called the cloud! and I now know why zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I am only disappointed that I didn’t find this bed and mattress sooner. The service from Beds on legs from start to finish was very professional and super helpful. 5 STARS ALL ROUND

Aug 28,2020Searched the internet for weeks on end looking for the bed I had in my head that didn’t seem to exist anywhere. Seen a few potentials on Instagram but with a lot of companies not having a website I felt it was too dubious to buy personally. Finally found exactly what I was looking for from Beds On Legs in a colour ever more perfect than I’d hoped for. And to top it off the price was extremely reasonable, they even had a discount which was automatically applied at the checkout. I was able to order sample fabrics free of charge to check the shades/materials before finalising my choice. My bed has arrived quicker than the estimated time of 4-6 weeks, I was given plenty of notice to say when it would be coming & they called to make sure the date given suited. I’ve just put my bed together by myself in under 30 mins (minus the time I risked my life pulling & pushing it upstairs...too impatient to wait on any help arriving!! 🤣😬) And i am absolutely delighted with it. It’s even better in person than the pictures online. Feels very sturdy & looks far more expensive than it was. Thank you!
