Aug 25,2020The bed I ordered is absolutely beautiful, it arrived in multiple packages with clear instructions and I actually managed to build the kingsized bed alone. Both the mattresses where exactly as described and so very comfortable. Would highly recommend and most definitely will be shopping with Beds on Legs again.

Aug 15,2020Amazing quality bed! Really good customer service. Delivery was slightly delayed due to Covid precautions taken at the warehouse. I was kept up to date and never had to chase. They’ve handled the current situation as best as they could and it was well worth the wait!!

Aug 14,2020Lovely bed, easy to assemble on my own, and good mattress - both at really good prices. There was a bit of a hiccup with delivery, but not Beds on Legs' fault. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone when I called to find out what was happening.

Aug 09,2020My order was simple and efficient online. I was able to speak to someone and they helped me go through this process as I wished. Delivery was prompt (4-6 week) and the deliverers were AMAZING!!! My head board would not fit but they stayed for an hour (even thought scheduled for just 10 mins) to help get it up to the room of choice. The bed was as described and is very sturdy. Great price! Value for money! Swatches were sent at request and the colour Chosen matched the bed. Absolutely recommend beds on legs!! Thank you

Aug 07,2020I highly recommend beds on legs. I ordered my divan bed and mattress just over 4 weeks ago and it arrived yesterday. Was advised at the beginning it would take this long, so delighted it was on time. The delivery guys were really polite and delivered directly to the room. They also took my old bed away. Service was great and the price was even better. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Aug 03,2020Was nervous about purchasing such a large amount from here as never it Heard of this company before, I used the 0% finance option too. It was all smooth and easy from the finance to delivery to putting it together. It's now been about 3 years and it's still looking amazing and I'm still in love with how beautiful it is. Also it's a tv bed and that works brilliantly too! Thank you 😊

Aug 03,2020Placed my order and was then informed after 3 weeks that wrong bed base had been made, standard continental divan base had been made instead of luxury continental base. Was then told it would be another 3 weeks for correct base to be made. I wasn't able to wait as I had only just moved property and did not have a bed to sleep on so I agreed to accept the standard base. Wish I hadn't as the luxury base would have looked far nicer than the one I ended up with. The quality was not as good as I expected for the money and the detailed bits like the silver coloured bits around the drawers were wonky and not attached correctly. Assembly of the bed was also a nightmare as none of the bolt holes lined up properly making it an absolute pain to put together. Delivery was a shambles as they use a courier service who text you to say they've allocated a delivery day/time and if this delivery isn't suitable then you are to text back the word NO and then they will contact you with a different time/date. They did not contact me even after sending them an email so phoned bed's on legs only to be told delivery had been allocated for the following week on the same day of the week! The whole point of changing the first delivery slot is that I work on that day of the week! They only deliver on certain days of the week to certain area's but was not made aware of this until after I'd refused the first delivery slot in the hope of rescheduling for another day when I do not work. All in all my experience has been a disappointing one and would not use this company again.

Aug 28,2020Ordered 2 ottoman beds. Received about 5 weeks after ordering. One came ready made and the other did not. Both very nice, but the website did not state one of the beds was a put together one, which would have been helpful on choosing the bed. Also the instructions were not great. Took about an hour and a half to make. Overall very good communication on delivery and sturdy beds.
