Love the sheets, love the colour. There is fluff coming off them and I don't know if I'm doing something or its just the sheets. Shopping experience was good. Like all sheets, there is too much packaging, but at least this isn't plastic.

Such high quality linen sheets! I am a repeat customer and I wouldn't buy them anywhere else. My cotton sheets can stay in the cupboard! I am going through Menopause so constant overheating is an issue. These linen sheets are thick because they are high quality, but they are not hot when I get hot. The colours are beautiful too, mix and match looks gorgeous - but it is the love and care by which they are made that brings me back. Love them - they are an investment for your long term comfort.

I ordered a bed spread and matching pillowcases from Bed Threads. As their products are hand dyed the bedspread was a different shade to the pillowcases. I emailed them, heard back within 24 hours and they sent me a new bed spread straight away. Amazing customer service. Will definitely be back.
I placed my order for a custom bedding bundle and was charged in full. Then I received confirmation via email and I saw my order show up in the Ship App. For a couple days there was no update with an estimated delivery time or tracking info. Truthfully, I felt suspicious and began to do some research. I discovered many people had this same experience and was relieved (yet disappointed). At this point I emailed the company to ask for an update as I felt uneasy being charged $500+ dollars for items, and I needed to know what was going on. I never received a response to this initial inquiry and I followed up again a couple days later; still no response. I looked on social media and noticed someone commented that their items were missing too. I responded expressing surprise and asked what's going on with shipments during the holidays. Overall, I'm understanding of delays and would like to be notified of them (and at a minimum receive engagement to my emails). Most regrettably they deleted both of our comments: THAT was my first level of engagement with person from the company and ultimately a dealbreaker! I contacted my bank to file a Charge-Back and informed Bed Threads through a DM on Instagram that I will not be supporting their company after their 1. failure to engage with two emails and a comment on social media, and 2. literally removing my comment without providing a resolution. Shortly thereafter I received a response from whomever was managing their social media account on Instagram. They kicked into full customer service mode and explained there was no inventory for the item I ordered despite my purchase occurring when a limited stock label was found on the website (the reason I decided to purchase at that time; I wanted a specific color)! A discount was offered to me and I explained the damage was done. They upped the ante and offered it complimentary (for free). I was shocked, appreciative, and saddened by all of this yet torn. In the end I was happy to have the product but didn't want to support a company with my money while I felt unsure if I was ever going to get my product (which was actually true because they were out of the color I wanted)! I explained I wanted some of the color-ways I initially ordered but didn't need everything they offered for free. They obliged and now I'm sleeping on surprisingly soft and seemingly durable linen sheets. I used Quince to round out the color-ways out of stock at Bed Threads. Once shipped they came within a couple days AND from the US (go figure as I thought some of the problem was shipping stateside from Australia)! Yes, they fixed the problem they created, went above and beyond with a complimentary offer to retain my "business", and I was disappointed because I didn't get the exact color-way I rounded. All in all, I will never use them again despite how sweet it is to customize every piece in the full bedding kit. Great product; poor fulfillment!

I had a fault with a linen fitted sheet. The customer rep was responsive, helpful and polite. She sorted acknowledged the fault on the first email and organised a replacement within a few minutes. I'll definitely be buying more bedding from Bed Threads.
