Mar 09,2025Service, delivery and ethos are amazing. I've had your sheets for three years and only just needed to replace my fitted sheet. The problem: the colour sheet I wanted (Peach) was discontinued. I selected 'Pink Clay' thinking that it would be the closest fit, and it is much deeper than expected. Worse still: it doesn't work with the rest of my bedding, as it is still 'Peach' and 'Turmeric.' I noticed that you had 'Peach' available as a full bedding set, but it was out of my price range. Why can you only offer it as a bundle? I love your company and would prefer to stay loyal, but this colour isn't working and given the cost I am hesitant to take a risk buying a new one from you (should the same problem happen again.

Mar 08,2025I made a mistake on my order, which is on me. Minutes after I placed the order I reached out to support to try to modify my order, but they didn't get back to me for days. In that time my order shipped which for me means spending my time going through the hassle of going to a UPS and going through an annoying return process. Your customer's time is valuable and acting like it isn't is unfortunate. A simple order modification would have gone a long way.

Mar 01,2025I bought some green linen pillowcases and a duvet cover from Bed Threads almost 3 years ago now. I've held off on reviewing them since they claim to get softer over time as you wash them more, however, even after all this time, I am not satisfied with my purchase and would not recommend Bed Threads. Here are my main issues: - They are really poorly constructed: The duvet cover and pillowcases both have very loose, poorly done stitches, and an unbelievable amount of loose threads, especially in the corners (wish I could include pictures of it here but I don't see a way to attach photos). It feels like it will all fall apart quickly. The way the button-holes are done on the duvet covers is also not great, they are very spread out, and very loose. They always get unbuttoned while I sleep even if I don't move around much, causing the whole duvet to come out of the bottom. - Color discrepancies between the product photos on the website and real life: The large range of bright colors that Bed Threads offers was the main reason I had chosen them over other brands, so I was very disappointed when my order arrived and the linen things I ordered were not like the pictures. The greens in the photos look very deep and saturated, but what I got was much more desaturated and grey than advertised (wish I could include comparison photos here too). - The linen feels rough and doesn't soften with time: They do warn you that the linen will feel stiff at first but will loosen up with more washes, however, this was not the case for me. When they were brand new, I thought it was not as rough feeling as some of the other reviews said (though still not great), so I have been using them anyways, but even after 3 years of regular washes, the linen hasn't softened much at all, so if you order some and immediately dislike the feel of the linen when new, I wouldn't rely on it getting too much better over time. Lots of shedding: They claim this should stop after a few washes, but even after 3 years and many washes, I still see a lot of shedding, lint, dust, and other fuzzies coming from the duvet cover and pillowcases. I feel like this is a sign of this being poor-quality linen. When the linen things I have already purchased from here inevitably fall apart, I will not be buying more from Bed Threads and will try a different brand instead.

I’d like to order more… When it arrived and I unfolded everything, it was covered in lint. I thought it looked very strange. I just took it outside and brushed it all off. Thought you’d want to know though.

Mar 10,2025This was my first expensive bedding purchase - I was won over by claims that the linen would only get better as it ages and through washes. For about a year, there was lots of shedding which was pretty annoying, and on year 3 there are now massive holes all throughout our fitted sheet! Had to dig to find where to leave a review, looks like the website reviews are limited to 14 days after you purchase which isn't enough time to attest to the quality at all. Looked up why the linen might be getting holes and my research said that quality linen shouldn't get big holes in them just from wear and tear, even after decades. Extremely disappointing, if I could go back in time I would not purchase these again.
