Buyer beware. Colour nothing like the photos! And no refunds for “change of mind” - so disappointed. What was shown as a deep dark reddish “cacao” was actually a faded poo brown :(

Great linen, very comfy, affordable price. Package received in about 2 days. Had an issue with one product, so had to contact the customer service recently which was super quick to respond and help. Can't speak highly enough of them. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

I had been shopping around for a particular colour for sheet that I eventually found on Bed Threads. I ordered it immediately and it was delivered the next day. Best ordering and delivery process! The linen sheet that I ordered is very good quality so I shall buy from them again.

The colour of the sheets is perfect for the room. The online colours are true to the product received. They are very comfortable to sleep in. I received the order very quickly.

The process was seamless. As i had purchased other product previously, everything was in place to make the purchase process very easy. Delivery was very prompt. Even though you said from the outset that contact by email would be made once the goods were on their way, I missed looking at my emails on that particular day and so missed the message. This resulted in a non-delivery as I was not at home and so that required me to make contact and make further arrangements, which was unfortunate, and then it took a few days for it to be left with the post outlet very close to my home. If the message telling me that the goods were on their way could additionally or instead of ............ be texted that would be very helpful, as i think people are commonly looking at text messages rather than their emails, but that is my opinion. However, another time, I will be sure to keep checking my emails. I have washed the sheets and the pillow-cases as instructed, but have yet to put them on the bed. However, they look and feel great, and if they are as good as the olive set that I bought last year, I will be very happy. thanks, Jean from Christchurch NZ

The robe is supposed to be 50 inches around. I am a size 12 and it leaves a gap anyway I try to belt it. The belt loops are around my hips rather that waist. The linen is thin and it is packaged in such a way that I had to cut the tag to get it out of the little linen bag it arrived in so not even sure if I can return it.

Your site popped up when I was looking for linen fitted sheets - what a selection and available in singles, jackpot. Selection of colours in linen I've never seen previously. Haven't received the sheets as yet, but from what has been depicted I'm sure there won't be any complaints.
