Apr 14,2025you are the best. thank you for kindly replacing my oatmeal linen placemats (#12)at no cost, because they were lost in the mail and circumstances made it difficult for me to report the problem when it occurred. needless to say, the napkins, which I ordered separately and did arrive, are beautiful, as are all the other items I have ordered in the last few years, including sheets, quilts, pillow cases, euro pillow cases, a throw pillow, botanical plates, etc your colors are incredible and my apartment is beautiful in part because of your gorgeous linens, (which are also so comfy for sleep).

Apr 11,2025I've had several Bed Threads duvet covers and they all last for years. I encountered a recent one with a slight manufacturing fault, so I contacted Bed Threads and sent a couple of pics, and within an hour they had replied and offered to send a replacement which arrived the next day.
