Apr 26,2025I don’t even know where to start with how bad my experience has been with Bed Threads. Order placed on March 23rd for a tablecloth, 8 placemats and 8 napkins. Nothing received for over a week so contacted customer services who apologised that now the tablecloth was out of stock. They promised to send the napkins and placemats but only 4 napkins and the placemats arrived. Once again, emailed customer services who apologised and promised to send them out and the tablecloth at a later date. Still no sign of the napkins or tablecloth. This order was placed 5 weeks ago. I have repeatedly been promised by customer services that the missing items would be sent out (was even promised a 10% refund for my troubles!) but am yet to see any of this. My advice : avoid at all costs. I will be raising this as a dispute with my bank now.

I have not received a confirmation or shipping email and had to check my shop account to even see if my order went through. Will update my review when order arrives, which I suppose I'll have to be surprised by.

Apr 22,2025We had an issue with our fitted sheet. We've loved all of our Bed Threads sets so much and for some reason, this one just didn't hold up. Bed Threads made it right and sent us a new one and we are sooo grateful! These are the softest sheets and we love them! They are a big of a purchase but we love their colors, texture, feel, and now their customer service!

Apr 22,2025Bed Threads UK sent me the wrong sized fitted sheet TWICE. Turns out it’s a warehouse issue and while I ended up getting a refund, I now own two unusable fitted sheets and was promised to get another sent to me for free. Then….nothing. I even said “send me just white then?” Nothing. Crickets. I followed up two times…hello? Hello? Now I’m just being ignored. Totally ghosted. I feel punk’d.

Apr 18,2025Let me preface this by saying I have purchased numerous sets from Bed Threads - I love the colour combinations, the quality and how their linen wears. I purchased the hazelnut and cacao combination and the fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases were three slightly different shades of hazelnut. But when I reached out to customer service they explained that this is intrinsic to the natural fibres of the linen and offered me a solution. Just letting everyone know this may happen with this colour!

Apr 30,2025This is my umpteenth set of bedthreads. Find them to be well made, good value etc. Wash always well and great choice of colours. My go to for sheets etc
