Aug 13,2024They canceled my item because they wanted more money. Kept claiming the part was wrong and needed to pay more. Then cancelled my part when i said just to send it. Also called me back and tried to get me to delete this review. They were claiming they dont know how i paid for what i paid. Saying i was “drunk” would not buy anything from these people! keeps claiming it wasnt the right one when i know for sure its the right one Do not recommend.

Jul 17,2024Bought a 2007 BMW N54 motor costed me 4,100$ delivered supposedly had 58k miles to find out the cam ledges were worn and causing VANOS codes there was serpentine belt in the pick up tube rod bearings were showing all copper and after putting in the car looks like the head lifted and is leaking coolant don’t buy anything from this company would not even rate 1 star if there was a option.

Jun 26,2024Jennifer continued to give me updates as I waited for delivery. When I called her on the phone she actually answered the phone. It was great service in a world of answering machines and non live systems answering phones. The engine is being installed so we will see how it goes after the install. So the engine was installed and it was bad after being promised that they test every engine before they ship it out. It had bad compression. They shipped a new engine out It took a few weeks but I didn't get it.It has been installed and that engine is working fine.My issue the reason for the two star rating is that I have to pay twice to install the engine. It cost me seventeen hundred and fifty dollars more than it should have. The first engine was supposedly tested and it wasn't when I asked about some kind of copposition.I got the phone off. If I ever have to do it again?I will not use Best Use Auto parts Because I was lied to.

Jun 08,2024Never do business with them. I received a faulty engine which cost me $4600 extra in installation. They would not take responsibility until I took the legal route. They ended up giving me $1000 refund and $1800 credit for a future purchase. I am not a mechanic, so I did not know when I would use the credit. 16 months after receiving the credit I needed to use if for an older 4 runner. They were really responsive until I let them know I have the credit. Now I cannot get them to respond to any of my inquiries. They would not stop calling and emailing me about purchasing the new engine up to the point that I mentioned the credit. Now it is crickets for the past two weeks. They claim the gift voucher was only good for six months, even though I was verbally told on a recorded call that it would be honored. I recorded the call and informed Tia that I was recording her, and she verbally confirmed they would honor the gift certificate. I spoke with them about this, and they said they would review the calls and get back to me. Now, they will not return calls. Make sure to look at their poor reviews. They are 100% correct. They will sell you a faulty product and then avoid you once they know you cannot be taken advantage of. Based on my experience with this company, they create fake reviews or pay people to give good reviews.

I would recommend that whenever you guys list an item for sale even when it’s used, do a deep clean on the items that you ship out. some parts that are listed as used have oil n it’ll best if u were to clean before shipping it out.

May 14,2024Worst experience I've ever been through. Engine I got came with head gasket issue. I replaced everything in engine compartment to show it wasn't anything but engine. I in the end got screwed on purchase. Buy new and if you go used go elsewhere.
