Dec 29,2023"YOU WIN SOME AND YOU LOSE SOME". AND IF YOU DON'T MIND LOSING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEN "BEST USE AUTO PARTS" IS YOUR GO-TO PLACE! THERE CUSTOMER POLICY IS LAST AND THERE TACTICS, I MEAN ETHICS ARE BELOW ZERO. LONG STORY SHORT, THEY SOLD ME A TRANSMISSION FOR OUR CHURCH VAN AND ASSURED US IT WAS LOW MILEAGE AND VERY STRONG. RIGHT AFTER 60 DAYS THE TRANSMISSION CEASED UP AND DIED. AFTER CONTACTING "BUAP" THEY MORE OR LESS SAID "TOUGH BREAK" AND COULD NOT REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION. WE WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT "BEST USE AUTO PARTS" AGAIN! ON JANUARY 3RD BUAP REPLIED. OUR ANSWER YOU SOLD THE CHURCH A LEMON TRANSMISSION AND THAT'S BAD BUSINESS. WE HIGHLY DOUBT BUAP WILL DO THE RIGHT THING. WE WILL KEEP EVERYONE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM BUAP POSTED.
