Jul 13,2023All in all they were very thorough and verified that I was getting the right engine. The engine I got was compatible and delivered extremely quick. I ordered it on Thursday and got here by Tuesday with no issues or damage to it. They followed up with me to see if I got it and had any questions. Would buy again from them and would recommend.

Jul 07,2023These people tried taking my money and double charged my card until I had my bank step in. Never doing business with this company again it seemed like it was just someone behind a fake page trying to scam me out of money. They told me they would provide tracking id after purchase never did and also that my engine would be here in 2-3 days and never showed, fast forward a week later and they were saying the same b.s I would call to get an update after a few days had passed and they would send me to voicemail it wasn't until I told my bank to investigate this matter so I could have my money refunded back to me because the person that was supposed to help me never responded to my calls or text after purchase hopefully people see this and think twice before doing business at this place terrible experience.

Jun 01,2023I have tried to call these guys but when they hear warrenty they hang up and act like they can't hear you ,Sasha told me this thing had 4 yr warrenty and anything happened call and it would be handled, what a liar she is ,this company needs to be shut down ,the website even offers a warrenty,its OK there an absolutely crooked outfit and should be put out of buisness I been working with some legal people and I assure these not so smart peopleit ain't over yet,I drop what I'm about to do if the crooked owner pays up if not you deserve what's about to happen,remember this is the 2nd time you had a chance being out of state dosent matter,refund my money and cost to have it put in and I go away,dare write something up like igot the wrong person,the owner will be receiving legal documents through the mail soon,im taking this personal ,and again there's no way anybody could give this outfit a good review ,people before you buy from them got to BBB they have a F rating

Apr 25,2023The sent me a broken transmission for my 2001 ranger. After 2 weeks of phone calls and emailing to mostly dismissive and rude representatives in which they blamed me for their mistake. I had to send the transmission back to them at a 500 dollar cost that they said would be refunded. It's is now 3 months later and they wont return emails and I still haven't gotten a refund for my 500 dollars. Don't use this company!

Oct 05,2023Very rude and come off somewhat as scammers I was charged for a part then they wanted me to sign more paperwork and send a copy of my driver's license..after refusing and telling them 10 times to cancel the order they wanted to cuss at me and call me illiterate because I have never had to deal with such a disorganized company in my life then when asking to speak to a supervisor I was refused I will be going to the better business bureau about this please do not use this company you've been fair warned... parts geek and car parts.com are so much easier and way more professional to deal with and they don't have all the hassle and mouthy employees that you would have to deal with otherwise
