Dec 28,2023There is a small bright spot that looks as if it was not engraved and should have been on the right side of my son's face when lit with the led base. Not a crazy big deal but for the $150 cost of this item I would expect it not to be there. When notified of the light spots in the crystal the company immediately remade a new one and shipped it to me free of charge. Great customer service.

Dec 27,2023It was shipped very quickly. It was a beautiful heart shaped, glass with a 3D picture inside. It was made well and the recipient loved the picture of his mom, who had just passed away. I ordered another a couple of days later for his sister. Well worth the money.

Dec 26,2023The etching is awesome ! The size I got was super small I didn’t realize the specs when I ordered- the base with the light should be included in the price make it happen by getting rid of all the fancy packaging.
