Dec 30,2023I placed an order for Christmas and it’s not quite what I had anticipated so I contacted customer support and chatted with Bruna Tapia. Excellent customer service by the way. I was given instructions on how to start my return. I received my replacement just before Christmas but it still wasn’t quite right. So I messaged. Bruna messaged me back and took care of this and shipped me a corrected replacement. It’s perfect. The piece is beautiful. Bruna was exceptional and did everything possible to make my experience a good one. I will be back not only for the product but because of Bruna. Thank you!

Dec 29,2023The 3D gift was a very big hit with my wife. She absolutely loves it. It does look quite beautiful. To be honest I thought this order was going to be a flop as the wrong picture was engraved in the glass. I have no idea who the folks were but sorry didn't want them in this gift. After contacting Customer Support, they very quickly made good the item I wanted. The correct picture was used, and the item was delivered in time for Christmas. Did I say it looks beautiful? Thank you for creating this great gift I was able to give my wife.

Dec 28,2023I am disappointed in my laser gifts. I ordered two for christmas gifts to my father and when receiving them was shocked at how the quality was. One of them was a photo of my mother and I and it looked like we got bad nose jobs. It made us not look exactly like US. The second one I ordered was of my dog and there was a missing gap in the laser design on my dog’s face. I wish I had enough time to see the end result before gifting for Christmas. I will never purchase from this company again and definitely won’t be referring.
