Only thing was during delivery the box was damaged but thankfully the glass heart was fine. So my only request is that just bubble wrap the package for delivery. Jan 01,2024I purchased a custom crystal photo for my husband for Christmas of him with our two daughter. My 2 yearold passed away and i didn't get to take a picture with all 3 together. They customized the photos for me to add my youngest. The crystal is amazing and they did a wonderful job. Thank you so much.

Jan 01,2024Exactly as we wanted exactly when promised. Very nicely done with weight and feel of quality not light flimsy plasticky feel or look. Extra surprise of how one side of the 3D image looks and follows you as you move from side to side. Very cool. We love it!

Jan 01,2024I find this possibility for art and 3D design to be an incredible feat and the 3D crystal is nice though isn’t as clear as I would have liked it to be. I don’t really have another crystal to compare it to from another company and this was a first-time experience choosing a 3D crystal to go with as a gift so I didn’t really know what to expect. Overall I am pleased with the product and so is my mom. Thanks 3D Lasers for your work and craftsmanship!

Jan 01,2024I purchased this the week right before Christmas and not only did it get here on time, but it was absolutely perfect. I purchased the size for 2 people to fit, medium, and it was a photo of my husbands nephews, hugging with huge smiles and EVERY DETAIL all the way through the last hair from nephews comb over, was in great detail. The background was removed as requested and it’s was stunning. It was a last minute, fast and impulsive purchase and I must say it was the best. I gifted this to my sister in law (her kids in the photo) and she was filled with joy. It was the necklace, but she actually hung it in her car, front windshield, and the view with sun rays is immaculate. Even at night. Must buy. ❤️

Jan 02,2024I think the product was beautiful, and meant the world to my sister. The product itself is 5 stars. I don't like the way it is advertised for $60, but that doesn't include the base. The base is an extra $40 that you can not opt out of. I would of bought the product and rated it 5 stars if it was advertised correctly at $100. Still an all around beautiful piece that my sister can always treasure.
