Dec 18,2023After ordering I received my crystal very quickly & well packaged. When I open it, the heads of the 2 people were all the way on top with a large gap at the bottom. I mentioned I was disappointed and without hesitation offered to replace it and it was done very quickly! It is beautiful and honestly the best customer service I’ve received in years!!! Thank you!

Dec 17,2023I have ordered from 3D Laser gifts in the past and I think their product is beautiful. However, like every other shop that sells similar products, the sizes have decreased and the prices have increased! I wish that it was more feasible.

Dec 16,2023Great price for a great product. We recently lost one of the best dogs ever to cancer. Had one made of our favorite pictures of him. Also bought one for our daughter for a cat she grew up with and lost. We saw ours and we both cried. We are sure she will as well.

Dec 16,2023I will again try to be in touch with someone of authority. I received the 4 crystal etched gifts. I tried to cancel before that but I got hacked instead.the etching on the gifts. Is practically invisible.? I want to send them back but there was no tag no paperwork no way to figure it out give me the info and I will send it back the. Credit card I put it on was stolen.
