Nov 30,2023Quality wise I was very pleased. But they were not upfront about charges I picked a picture for them and after I paid they came back with they couldn't complete it because there were too many people in the picture and I would have to purchase a much more expensive product like a hundred more. Then when I did pay I kept getting notices to pay again. It took a while to iron this problem out. I would use them again , but I would choose pictures with only one or two people in it, so I don't run into unexpected charges and the recording of extra payments they don't seem to be on top of. I would also recommend not buying their light bases as they can be purchased much cheaper on one of the Chinese sites like Aliexpress or Temu.
