Had an issue and they fixed it immediately and shipped overnight to me to make sure I had my wife’s present in time for Christmas. Would highly recommend.

Love the crystal, but not happy with the light base. The led lights are too bright, not sure what to do to correct this, I bought 3 of them. I have a crystal from a previous vendor and the light is not like this.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a crystal for my father in law from a photo of him and my late mother in law. The crystal made it look like they were both missing teeth (they weren’t), their heads were not connected to their bodies and my mother in law had a ring around her head. Actually frightening to look at. Am still trying to get a refund, but 3D wants to refund for the 2nd crystal i paid 50% for —even though it’s not the one that needs to be returned which I clearly paid full price. The very worst customer service. Terrible quality product— even the gift box it came in was broken, glue showing, cheap satiny material was all bubbly. The very worst part is that i wanted a special gift for my 88 yr old father in law.. but there’s no way i’d ever show it to him. It’s that upsetting to look at.

After ordering many crystals from Zack, I had my first one arrive with a small error due to a tech glitch. Zack quickly got me out a replacement and handled everything awesomely. That crystal has become one of my favorite of all times! Will absolutely be ordering more!

The item I received seemed like a very faint image of the photo I had sent in. All of the other examples I've seen in person were much clearer and contrasty images than the product I had received. Very disappointed for the amount of money that was spent on this gift! Update 2 weeks later: After alerting them about the missing text from my item they remade it and sent it out quickly. Nice customer service and it seems that for these items it's best to views with a lighted base so I got one of those coming as well - thanks!

I trusted in this company to deliver the CORRECT product. My father lost his mother last Saturday. As he is grieving before the holidays I ordered the 3D laser picture and paid an additional $70.00 to expedite it. It was delivered today with another persons photo NOT my father and his mother. -someone else out there will not have the right order -extremely disappointed that my father will not have this for Christmas -paid an additional high fee for fast delivery -cannot reach the company This is beyond disappointing.
