Nov 27,2023The rectangle crystal keychain is absolutely beautiful. Customer Service is helpful, friendly and prompt, in responding. I had an issue with my tracking number and contacted them through email. The response time was quick and the customer service rep was very knowledgeable, explained the issue, provided me updated information and also followed up with me in another email to make sure I was satisfied. The product arrived in no time. I am very satisfied and recommend this company and their products.

Plus, I put a note in the notes section and it wasn’t even read so what is the purpose of having a note section anyway! I would have liked you to move the person on the left up closer to the table where the person on the right was but oh well…

This crystal ornament was a remembrance gift to a friend of many years grieving the loss of her beautiful, majestic horse that was her life. Your site made uploading photo easy to establish size and placement where the image would be on the crystal ornament so that the ribbon hole would not end up through ornament image. The box was packaged perfect and the precious keepsake remembrance was opened held in satin cloth exactly as I envisioned. It initially brought tears to my friend as I expected as the image was crystalized heavenly perfect and my friend held the smoothly rounded crystal to her heart. She's stated It now brings her smiles every time she looks at and will be treasured. Thank you!

The turn around on the order was quick and the shipping was great. The package arrived securely. The actual box it comes in is lined and presents stunningly. When I pulled the crystal out to examine it I was shocked at the flawless execution and quality. 100% I will order again and use a larger family photo to capture the beauty of a moment in 3D realism. These crystals are seriously museum quality. Customer service is quick to respond and helpful more than you could imagine. If you have a question about your order or what they can do just ask. I found emailing them to be quick and reliable. I always had fast, courteous responses and professional assistance.
